I’m a door dash driver and I can’t stand coming to this location. Most of the time I have to opt out of the order bc they are taking too long. At the end of my shift I received two different orders for this location so I accepted them, it was around 9:30 pm.
Both of my customers messaged me and told me they placed their orders around 7:30 pm and had both gone through 3-4 different dashers.
When I asked an employees the statues of my customers orders they said it would be 20-30 min. I told them their order was placed 2 hours ago, they walked away.
After waiting an hour I received one of the orders, when I asked about the second order the employee told me he couldn’t find the pizza. After 20 min he found it, it was sitting on the counter with the other 20+ boxes of pizzas just getting cold. My customers had to wait 3 hours for their orders. Ridiculous.
On top of the location being slow it is filthy, I would never order from there. One of the employees had gloves on but he touched money, the monitor, the shelves, his clothes, face everything then went straight to making bread sticks with the same gloves on!!!!! People will get sick at this location.

They get orders wrong with delivery and per policy only gives 25% back. This place sucks. Once it’s okay but when it continuously happens shows you sad this place is. It’s my fault for ordering from here. And what’s with the crazy bread, how hard can it be to make a decent size piece of bread, not these skinny hotdog size link breaded portions? But if you go in person and see the folks “working” you’ll understand why.. pathetic

We need to boycott this place until corporate comes and does something. I made an order of 3 classic pepperoni pizzas at 6:30, I show up at 7, didn’t leave with me order until 8:30. 15 minutes before I left, turns out literally gave my order away to someone else else because they got our names mixed up, after I along with many other frustrated customers gave been waiting there for an hour.
The manager was nowhere to be seen and they need to fire the cook with the dreadlocks. That guy was obviously high and was moving slower than a sloth, when they clearly saw how backed up everything was.
What pisces me off is that fact that they kept grinning and laughing while customers are waiting hours for their orders. The drive thru seemed worse from when we were inside. And they straight up ignored their phone as well.
This place either needs to hire more/ better workers and bring in management, or fire all the workers who were there when I went. They obviously don’t care about their job, and replace them with people from corporate! NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT COME HERE! And if you’re a door washer, if you’re able to see if its Littoe Caesars first hand, do not accept any dashes fro here if possible. If you are ordering a door dash from here, dont! It will take forever, or you may never get your food, but its not the dashers fault, its this location.

I literally would not give a star. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered pizza in the app and had to wait over an hour after arriving to get my pizza.. I went in and there were at least 10 people standing in line mad about their pizza not being ready. I look in the back, there are only two people working. I feel for them, but this is a huge problem. And I’ve been on hold listening to music on the phone for 25 minutes. Now I know why. Pizza ordered in the app for drive thru pick up at 7:34. It’s now 8:52. Still in line, still on hold. Please do better or close. Thanks.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Mom went up there last night during her lunch break. She chose to go to the drive-thru. The car in front of her waited 15 minutes, and then when my Mom pulled up to the window, no one came to greet her. After several minutes she saw them in the back folding boxes. I guess folding boxes is more important than your customers! This isn’t the first time we’ve received such terrible service at this location. Do better!! If I could rate your service a big fat ZERO, trust me I would.

If I could rate it NO starts I would!!!! Waited 3+ hours to get my 1 box of pizza & crazy bread. 3 HOURS!!!! Best believe I got my refund. Insane! To top it off only 2 employees working and the lobby was full of people waiting on orders. Where’s the manager????? Maybe hire some more people!!! Unbelievable

What the actual?? I placed an order at 9am to be ready for 1:30 pm because I knew they usually take long. The order updated me it was ready. So why is it 2:40 pm and its not ready! Why is this place still in business! So much for trying to come to the one closest to me for “convenience”.

I walk in and it looks like no one is in there. I ordered my pizza online that said it was supposed to be ready at 3:30 but took over 30 minutes to get ready. It was hectic and unorganized. There were people who were making pizzas and then going to the cash register. One man was confused and didn’t understand what I was saying. Overall bad experience. The guy was so confused he didn’t realize my order was already finished and was gonna give me the wrong pizza. One of the cashier’s did try to do his best but the rest didn’t do well at all.

Absolute terrible weight time for the drive through. Waited 35 minutes while everyone inside was helped right away. Couldn’t leave because of the cars behind me. They looked over at us in line several times but didn’t bother to help us. When I left the line wrapped around the building. Avoid this place.

Crappy customer service, got charged for stuffed crust and didn’t get it, pizza cut completely un even. The guy who charged me looked like he wanted to throw the pizza at me when I said hello. He seemed miserable and after getting home and looking at my order it showed in the quality of food. Never going back here again. If you don’t like your job then freaking quit but don’t take it out on the customers or the food.
