I’m giving 4 stars because the food is usually solid and consistent, but it honestly feels like they’re always playing catch-up. Orders tend to take longer than expected, and they never seem ahead of the rush, always behind it. If they could tighten up the timing and stay a step in front instead of scrambling, this place would easily be 5 stars.

My order was cancelled and refund receipt was given. What do u expect to happen if you have a bunch of teenagers attempting to run a store with no kind of manager on site. There were 15 people waiting in line and the drive through was backed up down the street. Incompetence is what it is.

Don’t trust the pizza portal. Go and ask the person at the counter if your pizza is ready. They never correctly updated it. The last time I got pizza here I spent 10 minutes stupidly waiting for my name to show up on the window. Look at the photo and see all the pizzas loaded up but no names.

This place was set up to fail, full stop.
Firstly, there is NOTHING WRONG with the staff, it’s a bunch of teens, sure, but we all gotta start somewhere and frankly some of you are too grown to be yelling at kids the things you yell.
That being said, this place was specifically positioned in the absolute worst place it could have been. The drive through has caused some genuine traffic hazards to Red Bluff road, and it also doubles as a high traffic stop that, while it provides plenty of business, it’s frankly too much for the location, and staff to handle.
My guess? Corporate is fully aware of this, and doesn’t care about road safety, quality, or their employees. Not when they’re getting plenty of revenue from the high traffic road.
Much love to the staff, but this place needs to be closed down or relocated.

The wait every time is crazy, you have to place an order online just to be told it’s still not ready. waited 1 hour in total for one pepperoni pizza. Not even that the guy behind me ordered 3 pizza’s & got them right then & there. That’s when everyone in store who was waiting started arguing and i Finally got my pizza. Staff was nice but really unorganized, like super unorganized.

First of for all yall complaining about the service be rude y’all clearly don’t see how y’all be talking to them. Because I can assure you that if you heard they way theses MINORS are getting yelled at by full grown adults yall wouldn’t handle it. So I appreciate the things these kids have to put up with because if somebody yelled at my kid like that we would have problems. I think y’all forget that they are working with what they have to feed hella people. Y’all really want to complain but don’t understand that there’s only so much they can do, y’all all try acting tuff to these young kids yet you won’t want to put in the work they do. The service was little long but for the amount of orders they were taking out it’s understandable, they for sure need more ppl and a more organized management but again that’s not on the cashiers or crew it would be on management.

Was going to give 1 star only because I Went to pick up my pizza just to learn someone had already picked up my pizza that was not myself nor did I send anyone, but now looking at my pizza you can tell they just threw the jalepenos on top of the pizza and didn’t even cook them with the pizza. It looks like I just got an old pepperoni pizza with jalepenos thrown on top to make it quick. I waited 20 minutes just to get an old pizza and cold jalepenos. Terrible service and a complete waste of money and my time.

Placed an order online for 4 pizzas for my son’s birthday. The app said it would take 30 minutes to be ready. When I tried to pick the order up, I was told that one of the pizzas could not be made because they ran out of the ingredients the night before. The cashier told me that she was supposed to call me but forgot. However, they had made the other three pizzas. The one pizza they did not make was the Ultimate Cheesesteak, which was the only reason I had ordered from here since that was the one my son really wanted.

waiting an hour for a pizza is insane. unfortunately I prepaid so I had to wait. they had no organization inside. People are just piled up at the register. that ready to pickup oven thing doesn’t work but there’s pizzas in there. not knowing if yours is jus sitting was aggravating. taste wise, felt like bread and sauce more than anything
