Came in tonight to get their Detroit style slices and sticks, of course I thought it was going to be easy, but I was very mistaken. It was a busier night than usual, and as a former service employee I understood I was going to wait for a little bit, no problem. It took way longer than expected to even place an order because the original front counter associate kept disappearing to the back or to the drive thru window. Absolutely no time management there because if he was the only one working both, you take an order from the window then you service the front counter to maintain some sort of flow. What also added to the wait were other customers who thought they didn’t have to wait in line for pick up. Maybe to help flow of the store you should have one line for walk in orders and another line for pick up orders, and the one person working that can actually flow from window, to pick up, to walk in…I know, weird common sense time management skill. Finally my order was taken by someone else who later left from his shift. The strange thing in this whole ordeal was that the person who I thought might have been the manager would come to the front and help a customer then she would disappear instead of coming to the front to help guests who were there for a long time. Finally after almost an hour of being at the store I got my order and it wasn’t what I ordered. At that point I didn’t care and I left with my pizza and drink. I get it you’re busy, I get it it’s outside of your normal busy hours, but a little bit of flow and time management skills go a long way.

The pizza that I ordered was not cut. I talked to a manager named Marcus and he said that the only thing they could do was cut the pizza when I brought it back. I can understand bringing it back if they were going to remake my order properly. By the time I would’ve brought it back, just for them to cut it, my pizza would have been in worse shape than it already was. It will be nice if your managers got actual management training.

I am a frequent customer in this restaurant regularly between 3 and 4 times a week , My son needed an empty box for a school project the boy came to tell him if he could donate a box and the manager of the store behaved a little gray saying that you needed to pay the total amount of the pizza and so they would give us the box . I think he lacks a bit of empathy.
They should have better customer service.

Similar experience to the latest reviews.
I got 2 hot-n-ready pizzas and it took nearly a whole hour! I made it at the recommended time and still had wait about 20 minutes. Not to mention the POOR customer service. The young guy in the front should be better trained to deal with unsatisfied customers.
Last year, this was my family’s favorite pizza place. Lately, the pizza has been undercooked, staff lost & looking for the orders, & taking way longer than what it should be.

Almost 10 customers waiting in line… I waited here for 7 minutes before I even saw an employee with my own eyes seen an employee once. Employees are serving their friends on the side before customers and not communicating with customers in line – even when their order has been sitting ready in the back. Cursing employees that are playing around. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE!

I think it’s time to write a review about this location. I ordered a old world pepperoni and they skimped me on the pepperoni! Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time, I ordered a Detroit pizza with extra pepperoni when it was on the menu and they skimped me on those too!!! Management needs to be fired!
I’ve posted a picture of a pizza from another location that served the old world pizza and look at the difference. Smh

This place is the worst. I swear I waited 10 mins waiting in drive through. When I got there one of the managers I guess was dealing with an employee and they see me and close the door. Asked me to wait till they finish talking and then the kid had the nerve to be mad and ask me to wait then they can’t even find my order. So now I had to wait again when I had to order it online at 6:50pm. I am a manager so one thing I know is you deal with the feed back at the end . Then they gave me the wrong order i order stuff crust and they gave me regular. Really they need to get good people here cause this is my last time coming here.

I pre- ordered my 2 pizza and bread on the website around 447pm. My fiod was supposed to be ready between 5:30pm-5:35pm. I got to the store at 5:35pm and they were just putting my order in the oven. Waited about another 20-25min and they messed up my stuffed crust not putting any seasoning or parmesan on it and then tell me how my cheese bread was cold when my drive is minutes away. Very disappointed in the quality and taste.

Do not go to this place I repeat do not go to this location!! They never have anything ready even if you ordered online and it says it’s ready it’s not you will be waiting a extra 45 minutes and also watching them pass out pizza orders to other people behind you. Terrible customer service and I worked in customer service my whole life. They are the worst!! Every other day I go up there just for some crazy bread they claim to never have anything ready I mean every time like there’s no way even when there is no rush. Do not recommend

I went to this Little Caesars because the one on Katy Fort Bend is terrible. Turns out, it’s not just that one — it’s all of them.
I ordered 2 pretzel crust pepperoni pizzas with cheese sauce, 1 classic pepperoni, and 2 jalapeño cheese sauces. The guy at the counter swore they had cheese sauce. My blood sugar was tanking, so I trusted him. Big mistake.
Got home to find regular crust (not pretzel) with salt spread all over the pizza, red sauce (which I’m allergic to), and no pepperoni. Tried calling—no one answered.
I drove back, starving and shaky. The same guy said, “What do you want me to do about it?” Not the thing to say to a hangry customer. He agreed to remake them.
Round two: cheese sauce, yes. Pretzel crust or pepperoni? Still no. When I pointed it out, he shrugged and said, “I don’t make the pizzas.”
Fantastic. Truly inspiring customer service.
Third time’s the charm—they finally got it right (minus the pretzel crust which is supposed to be different). As he handed them over, he said, “You were angry, that’s why I didn’t care.”
Sir, I wasn’t angry until you gave me tomato-sauce chaos three times in a row.
If you enjoy disappointment with extra salt, this is your spot. Otherwise, run.
