Speaking as a previous Little Caesars employee years ago, this would never fly. I’m absolutely disgusted by what I paid for, and when I walked in the store, there was no acknowledgment. The general manager literally kept doing what she was doing, and didn’t even say welcome on top of that, I know for a fact that sauce cups are not supposed to be put into the hot hold unit for pick up but sure enough all of mine. We’re in there. I only got pizza here because my son asked and it had been a while since we had a little Caesars but I won’t go again.

This location has been slowly nose diving straight towards the center of the earth. Today was the last straw for me with these overcooked pizzas. My first slice I couldn’t even chew the Italian beef, and if I threw it at you it would knock you out cold. I left a complaint on the website a month or so back with no response so here I am….cutting my own cheese toast like I work there

Horrible service and wait time. The store was a mess! There was a crowd waiting for their orders when I arrived. A woman stated she had been waiting for 15 minutes. The evening/night manager is clueless and the team are slow at their job and very disoriented. Seems they are under the influence and could care less about providing any degree of positive customer service. The team members were unfriendly and acted as if they disliked the very fact that they were even working. Moving slow as can be and could hardly form full sentences. They made me feel as if it was my fault that they had orders to fill.. This isn’t even a difficult job! Seems some people need to be disciplined and let go! I’m sure others would gladly take their place and show some dignity!

We went a week or so ago to try the new Crazy Puffs…they were puffed up like the name implies and were decent (although greasy, but that’s to be expected). Our kids liked them and asked if we’d take them that day to purchase some more. When we returned that night to pick up our boxed order, it held 4 pillowy, crazy puffs! They were pretty tasty since the bread base helps balance the greasy nature of things. Today was a different story…my daughter requested those fluffy, crazy puffs for lunch, but the food we received was nothing like we anticipated. They were flat, raw dough discs, topped with greasy butter (?)-whatever it was- they were inedible. The attendant said not to expect the dough to puff up…which is ironic since that’s literally in the name. He was kind enough to offer us another 4 but they were exactly the same. Is it too much to expect to receive what Little Caesars is actually promoting? Maybe the dough was old, still cold, who knows. Just go expecting the Crazy Puffs to be anything but…and maybe you’ll get the dough that actually puffs up?! ♀️

This little Caesar’s always and I mean Always backed up! It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is they are always backed up! Then they have the audacity to be rude when you ask about something you’ve been waiting on for over an hour and a half.
Whoever runs this location needs to learn how to hire for success! Properly build schedules to match the forecast. Know the events going on around you to help staff your people.

Ordered pizza and the order was made wrong. This being the second time my pizza was wrong. I was met at the counter by who I assume to be shift leader. Her reason for my order being messed up was ” we were moving too fast.” She took the wrong order back to make a fresh pizza but I watched her go and proceed to make my new order without washing her hands. Normally when you walk in this store you are not greeted by anyone. Some walk around with no hair net or hat. Tent peeling of the front windows. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place .

The place is cool the only, the only big thing is that it’s not hot and ready. The store seem to always be packed with people trying to get a pizza. So, I think either they need new equipment to make it a little faster to keep up with demand.

At this point, it’s hard to understand how these stores are still operating. There appears to be little to no leadership or management oversight, and every Little Caesars location I’ve visited has been completely disorganized. Long waits, poor communication, and inconsistent service seem to be the norm rather than the exception. This is clearly a management issue, and until leadership improves, customers will continue to have the same frustrating experience.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The store was staffed entirely with teenagers who were cursing, earbuds in ears and yelling at each other instead of helping customers. Multiple customers were being completely ignored while the staff carried on like there were no customers present at all.
What made it even more disappointing was that the general manager was part of the behavior, not correcting it or setting any type of professional standard. The entire environment felt chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when spending my money, and this location failed on every level. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Not a single person working was wearing gloves (or hairnets). I saw cashiers go directly to packing pizzas without washing ands either.
I aldo did not appreciate being told my hot-n-ready order would be ready in 10 minutes (ended up being 15) AFTER I had already paid. I chose Little Caesars because they are usually much faster than that.
Pizza was burned with basically no sauce and the crazy bread was indeed crazy.
I was really looking forward to it, but will definitely not be back.
