Quick dinner enjoyed by the whole family! While the order wasn’t ready exactly on time, the staff provided excellent communication and top-tier customer service by keeping me updated throughout the wait. The only minor suggestion would be to provide plates for larger family orders, but the taate of the food (especially the breadsticks) guarantees we will be back. Great local spot for a reliable meal!

I love this location. My 7 year old asks for this location over the Rayford location. Pizza is always fresh, and Jonathan is always so nice and personable. We eat here at least once a week.

Little Caesars’ Pizza overall is a hit and miss. Sometimes you get a great pizza other times it’s blah. If they were consistent I would give a better rating.

Even though it’s a new location, the service sucks. It could be that it’s under staff but there should be no reason of why be understaffed on a weekend. Hot and ready? Not even when you place the order online and wait extra 30min. Pizzas taste good, but the service leaves you a bad taste. Perhaps they should leave the business idea because the only thing they’re ready it to leave you disappointed.

I went in to order a pizza and was disgusted. The level of unsanitary activity is unbelievable! 1 guy was walking from the front counter to the back while scratching his sweaty and oily face. I just happened to step to the side and seen him placing pepperoni on a pizza with unwashed hands and without the gloves! The other guy that was taking the orders at the register kept flicking his nose then touching the keyboard while also handing people their food. I wasn’t even hungry anymore I just went to the carwash instead.

I ordered pizza online went in to pick it up was not greeted by anyone so i put the code in got my order and left. We got home and the pizza puffs were very burnt and tough. The other pizza tasted like it had sugar on it.

Y’all, I work for a competitor and I’m blown away! Pizzas were perfect loaded with toppings and fresh! Told us our order would be ready by 8:27 and it was done ten minutes before that. So happy to have a Little Caesars that is good on this side because the one down by Hiershfield is not it. Oh, and I got 2 pizzas with 2-3 toppings and a bag of crazy bread, sauce, and a 2 liter for $30. 100% recommend.

I am a very compassionate and understanding person so I did not take this experience to heart at all especially considering that this is food service and the workers do go through a lot everyday but I am going to go ahead and share this regardless because it was a bit unacceptable. I called the location at 2:40 and ordered my two pizzas and was told that it will be ready by 3:11 so I get there at 3:07 and there’s nobody at the register. There are three workers in the back- now clearly I can see that those workers are doing their jobs and it seems like they have a lot of pizzas to make but when I had walked in, there was only two people in the back, and the other worker actually walked in a minute or two after me. They walked in and went to the back and looked at me and was just staring at me. So then I’m standing there for a good six minutes before another worker comes in and they are all frustrated because apparently there is somebody that is supposed to be working at the cash register who literally just left and so he’s on the phone with HR I believe or a manager or SOMEBODY just complaining about this guy and then he hands The phone to another worker and then he starts talking to whole is on the call And then the guy starts walking in and walking out and so like I’m just standing there waiting for somebody to at least ask me what I’m there for because it was literally just a pick up order, but everybody was still doing their work ,,,,as they should you know because that is their job ,,,, but it was a bit uncomfortable because they just kept staring at me every few seconds and it wasn’t like short stares at all It was long stares and we were making eye contact and I understand that they have things to get done but I was the only customer inside and I know in the industry the customers are a top priority always so it’s make sense to at least come to see what I’m here for and if it’s like to make an order, you can ask me to wait but I’m literally just here for pick up and so , I am just standing there for like forever and these two other people came in and THEN like five minutes after they came I’m finally being asked when I’m here for by one of the people in the back that had just been staring at me the whole time and I said a pick up order Then gave him my name and then he starts walking around and looking in the different ovens and says he can’t find my order, but then I told him my name again and then he finally got it … he opens the box and the pizza was literally folded over and he looked at it like nothing was wrong then closed it back up and said here and he knows I saw it because I was staring at it with him and so I just take it and leave with a “thank you have a nice day” not saying anything else because clearly they are having some issues going on but once I got in the car and looked at the time I saw that I had been standing in there for over 30 minutes and that may sound fine but when he grabbed my pizza it clicked in my head that my order was done even before the time that I arrived and I arrived early! The whole time I was there my pizzas were just sitting in there and I get my pizza and of course it’s Not the right temperature, but in addition to that, the pizza is folded over, TERRRIBLY cut, and it doesn’t even look like they really put toppings on it for real… Not to mention, I have had pizza from this place years prior. We used to get pizza from there all the time, but it is just not the same at all and it honestly tasted a bit doughy…0/10 experience. Please for the sake of not only customers but coworkers themselves do better.
