The quality of the pizza has gradually gone down. On my last visit I was asked to wait 10 minutes for a cheese pizza, which is usually “hot and ready”. I was okay with waiting. However, when I got it, most of the cheese on the pizza was overcooked and burnt away. Big disappointment! If you ask for a cheese pizza, the cheese better be melted, stringy, and have pull. Some people may say what can you expect for a $6 pizza? But when the pizza was $5, it was way better. I don’t know, maybe it’s this particular franchise. Nothing lasts forever… Yet, the cashier is always friendly, as they hand you your burnt cheese pizza!

The drive thru is really bad today i went . aparently the manager was on the window. She took forever with one car . when i got to the window she left and took out her phone , looked at me and ignore me. As knowledgeable as I am in the food industry, Sanitary practices are a must for me. Visited the Little Caesar in Aldine, as saw quite a few violations when it comes to food preparation. Most workers do not have any hair restraints, some do not have apron,(uses their clothes to wipe their hands), one worker hand a bandaid in here finger and never used gloves, used her cellphone on the line without washing her hands. These are all violations and contaminating everything they do.

I always have ordered from here and I’m usually not disappointed, but I must agree with one of the reviewers, the quality has gone down. I ordered 2 pizzas and they were both overcooked. It’s disappointing when you have to wait so long for a delivery only to have overcooked food and it’s too late to order anything else. And 15% refund? A whole $4? Wow
