So I just placed an order online for pickup here on leopard Street on Sunday 2/8/26 at 2:35 p.m. Total cost was $31. Went through the drive thru and they asked if a was rewards member, I said yes, gave them my name and they said pull up. He said everything was ready except for the biscuits which will take 6 minutes and told me to park up front. 15 minutes later the same guy working the window brought our food. Got home and there was no biscuits. So basically waited 15 minutes for our food to get cold for nothing. I called the store repeatedly and the phone just keeps ringing like these employees don’t want to answer the phone. Like seriously, do you know how frustrating it is to deal with something like this. Absolutely horrible!!!!

Went to Church’s and tried their bone in wings. Please don’t waste your time and money. They are extremely small, you will receive all flats and no drums. If Church’s can’t do better they need to remove them from the menu. Was extremely disappointed. Also regarding service, not one person behind the counter had a smile. They all

Stopped in and ordered a 10 piece dark spicy, along with a family fries. Waited like 30 minutes for the fresh chicken. It was hot and good. The employees are very young. But they’re on the ball. The manager is super knowledgeable and kind. He deserves a raise. Great experience over all. Will eat here again.

I placed an order for 40pcs of chicken to be ready by 11:15am. the order was ready, hot, and fresh when I arrived. The manager there named ROB was a super nice guy and his team seemed to follow his lead. They were working as a team and everyone had a smile on their face. Great job guys! Service and speed of was excellent. We go during lunch hours. Food is always fast, fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Price is great considering what we order. Despite how the economy is. Lobby is always clean and well kept up with. The service is always too notch. All those service employees at clean, smart, considerate, respectable, courteous and silly with loving attitude. Especially the cook with tats who is always on his game. Thank you for providing fresh biscuits to your manager.
