My pizza was not done, it was all dough, barely warm, and veggies RAW! The other two barely had any sauce, straight cheese on bread! I’ve been holding for a manager at the store and I keep getting tossed back into the wait line. When the lady got on she said I have to take a picture or bring the pizzas back. 1 were in a freeze 2 l don’t own a car that’s why I pay $15 extra in delivery fees for a place 6 minutes away! $45 is too much money for uncooked pizza dough! For three simple little Cesar’s pizza! Holding for 10 min for someone to tell me WE DO NOT KNOW TRUE WHAT YOU SAY as if I haven’t spent $40 per order each time with no previous complaints is insane. Just admit you had the B team working during the freeze. Plain and simple. So now I will post pictures and I expect my refund. It’s 2025 why would I have to come to the store???

Hands down best of the best in the area and my God the pizzas from here is unbelievable because ya know it’s little Caesars it’s 6 dollar hot n ready pizzas and you can’t hold high expectations for that price and for a large so you think it’s ok for something quick ya know but holy mother of God the amount of cheese that it stretches from when you take a slice from the mother ship as it takes off with your hand to the heavens it continues to stretch its life line of cheese and still hot as it just came out of the oven amazes your brain that you forget it’s just little Caesars and not some high end pizza joint from the heart of New York! Is all I gotta say about this joint itself

My pizza was not done. It was still doughy in the inside. Also I requested butter and parmesan on my pizza and bread sticks. It was not done even though the cashier stated he did. I guess I will have to start checking my food because the employee is not trustworthy. Also take time to actually cook the pizza long enough. I arrived 15 minutes after I received the email that my food was done, which means there is no rush to cook my order.

Got on my absolute nerves with ridiculously slow service and lack of care waiting at the counter. Nothing was hot and ready, took twice as long to have stuff out, and can see and hear the workers goofing off in the back. What a joke of a location. Not coming back here ever again. Disorganized and unprofessional.

Their “manager” hung up on me… Spent over $20 on one pizza and wings then drove over 20 minutes to pick it up just to get home and find they gave us the wrong pizza. Called to let them know and would’ve been willing to accept a credit, however, a rude female answered claiming to be a manager but refused to give her name then hung up on me. Called back and spoke to “Alex” whom also offered no resolve besides coming back tomorrow. When I asked for a refund, I was told that only a manager could perform refunds. I told him that I had just called a few moments earlier and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager and his only response was “no ma’am, there’s no manager here.” . Beyond irritating since they’re already over charging for the quality of the food but on top of this to mess up the order and be dishonest and rude is absolutely unacceptable.

Bad attention made us wait more than an hour for 2 pizzas. We never received a notification if it was ready when trying to enter they told us that only because of the drivethru when we turned around they gave us an order that we did not ask for because the requested one had already been finished! And when you arrive and check the pizzas, it looks unpleasant!
