Today I was excited to try the new stuffed pretzel pizza but when I picked up my order opened the box to see a regular pizza with crust stuffed with cheese. No pretzel crust. So I ask one of the employees to get me a manager or can you help me . I don’t think I have my order correct. She grabbed my box took it to the back sprinkle sea salt and brought it back to me, here your pretzel pizza. Not knowing i was watching the whole time. Finally manager came up and didn’t ask anything, just said that’s the way this company makes it’s pretzel pizza and walked off to the back.

I tried to call twice to place an order. I was on hold for a total of 21 minutes. I was never passed to an actual person. The automated phone robot said the staff was “too busy” and kept making me wait. When I went to the actual store to place my order in person, they were not busy like they claimed. It was a straight up lie. This is unprofessional.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered the Stuffed Pretzel Pepperoni Pizza for the first time, excited to try something new. What I received was not at all what was advertised or expected. If this is what they consider a stuffed pretzel pizza, then something is seriously wrong. The quality was terrible and unacceptable.
To make things worse, the customer service was terrible. It felt like no one wanted to be there, let alone help customers. There was no care, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue or even acknowledge my concern. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

this is the first ever bad review i ever had to feel the need to write. ordered for pick up said to arrive at 9:00 pm May 1st. arrived no one even acknowledged our presents just looked. there were a bunch of orders just sitting on a cold table i could clearly see.
the lady finally came up to us asked us to pay and check to see if our pizza was ready she came back and said it’s not ready and as she was saying that i THEN saw the guy place the pizza in the keep warm oven. in formed her to check to see if that was our pizza he just placed in there. i got ignored and she walked to the back there are 6 people back there why is there only one in the front but still going in the back to do whatever. we were left standing there for ANOTHER 20 min after being ignored. other ppl asked for their money back and saw them walk out with it. me and my boyfriend went outside to pop the hood of our car to take a look at something and could still see from the glass NO ONE was customer servicing the other 4 ppl WAITING. we walked back in and she finally CARED to get the lobby down. she gave a guy 3 boxes of pizza and 2 wing boxes that had been SITTING THERE READY on a cold table for 30 minutes or longer that order was ready when we even arrived and he was there too i could see from my view.
she finally handed us the pizza it was the SAME pizza i told her that may be OURS and GOT ignored. me and my boyfriend work 12 hour shifts just ready to come home eat and lay down ive worked at subway as my first job and would’ve NEVER gave this type of customer service. WHEN YOU START ASSISTING A CUSTOMER YOU FINISH ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER OR AT LEAST SAY SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE. please do better or train them better. we spent a hour waiting. once we got HOME which we only live 6 minutes away the cheese wasn’t even melted anymore cold and the toppings were FALLING OFF as we were eating. i almost clocked in my damn self seeing those ppl just standing like they were ghosts to them

I previously gave a negative review of this particular franchise on 10804 south post oak 77035, today was totally different, for a Saturday early evening, altho it was busy I truly appreciated the sense of urgency that was shown to customers and how quickly they were operating not just the front but as I glanced behind where they were making the pizzas the staff was not standing around idly as before, I noticed new employees hopefully they keep up the good work

I tried to call the restaurant but they just transferred me and did not answer. I did not go back to the restaurant because I could not. But I would like them to refund me the money for what I ordered and did not get.

Stopped in for a Hot-N-Ready and some Crazy Bread—place was quiet, smelled like garlic and destiny. Then the doors swung open like a saloon in an old Western, and in walked trouble: a disgruntled customer with a wild look and a crumpled DoorDash receipt, demanding free pizza like he was calling out the whole kitchen at high noon. Folks froze. The soda fridge hissed like a rattlesnake. That’s when one of the staff stepped forward—flour on their apron, eyes like they’d seen a hundred pizza rushes and lived to tell the tale. Silence hung heavy until they said, calm and cool: “At Little Caesars… we’re always Hot and Ready.” No yelling, no chaos—just cold logic and warm customer service. The guy backed down, took his complimentary water, and vanished like a ghost in the desert. Moments later, I got my pizza—crispy, cheesy, perfect. Justice was served. And so was dinner.
