I have ordered from here SEVERAL TIMES, have NEVER had an issue until tonight… Ordered two pizzas, got home and one of the pizzas dough was under cooked. Called, spoke to one of the the supervisors (male) he stated they could remake it, but would have to come back with pizza. I said ok, can you remake the other pizza so I don’t have to wait once I get there, put me on hold, he spoke to manager (female) they said they could… I go back with pizza, they give me new one. I get all the way home, and the pizza was not stuffed crust… called back, spoke to male supervisor again, and he spoke to my husband, said we could bring pizza back and REMAKE AGAIN. My husband said we will not be coming back, asked for refund. FEMALE MANAGER comes back on phone, was yelling and when we asked for corporate number, she asked for OUR NAME, she kept saying: HELLO, HELLO, and then HUNG UP. We called back, spoke to female manager again, She again asked for our name, and then we asked for her name and she said NOBODY, gave us a number (not sure if it is a correct number…? I NEED SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE to contact me please. Very unprofessional workers at the little ceasars. Will not be ordering from there again, afraid they might retaliate and do something to the pizza…

When I first walked in, the young man greeted me And gave my boys cookies. Picking up was a breeze. It was when I got home and realized my puffs were burnt. I never have ever had issues with my food. When I called, the female manager was extremely rude and basically demanded i bring the food back. I told her I didn’t have an issue, told me again I had to bring it back to have it remade. I live in Lampasas, so I told her I understood what she was saying and she rudely told me to hold on. Then the make manager picked up and told me I HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO HAVE IT REMADE. I told him I didn’t want it remade, I wanted a refund and I understood the bleeping assignment.
I ordered from them a lot, but this is the absolute last time. They were so hard my grandkids won’t even eat them.

Ordered a pizza pepperoni pizza with jalapenos well done today. Tell me why these guys have the audacity to toss 2 pounds of jalapenos not even cooked on my pizza just thrown on. Then on top of that pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. The dough was still raw. How does even happen when i asked for WELL DONE. The least they can do is fully cook it.

Delivery Driver
I am beyond frustrated with the way I was treated at this Little Caesars location in Copperas Cove.
An employee named Ben was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional from the moment I arrived. He yelled at me, cussed at me, and went on a loud rant insulting Uber and delivery drivers in general. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a bad day.. this was straight-up abusive behavior.
He claimed I was “supposed to give a code” and accused me of doing something wrong, even though drivers are NOT required to open sealed orders or handle internal store procedures. That is not our job, and it is absolutely unacceptable for an employee to scream at a customer or delivery driver over something they clearly do not understand.
What made this even worse:
He was raising his voice in front of others
He used offensive and degrading language
He acted like it was somehow my fault that their process wasn’t followed
Zero attempt to de-escalate, clarify, or act like a professional adult
This location clearly has serious training and management problems if an employee feels comfortable talking to people this way. I don’t care how busy it is.. there is no excuse for screaming, cussing, or insulting customers or drivers.
Little Caesars: if you’re reading this, you need to address this immediately. Someone with this attitude should not be working front-facing customer service. This wasn’t just “bad service” it was hostile, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable.
I will not be returning to this location unless I know this behavior has been handled properly.

I recently made an online purchase. I paid for ranch dipping sauce. I did not receive my items at pick up. I walked into the restaurant, there was no one inside except the you lady and a young man. They were talking. I spoke and said hello because they obviously do not understand speaking to a customer as they enter the building. I spoke. They both looked at me and said not one word. I took my order from the box. Checked it. Got napkins. Looked at them again and they looked at me as though I was the one in the wrong. I got napkins and walked out. They didn’t say thanks, they didn’t acknowledge me, and they didn’t ask me to come again. Poor customer service is not worth me continuing to support bad workers. This happens very often. This time they can’t say it was because they were busy. They were just chatting. I’m starting to dislike going here more and more.

Owner obviously doesn’t read reviews and doesn’t respond and workers don’t know how to make a pizza. So much sauce it’s like Eating tomato soup. Nothing ever gets done the right way. Not enough cheese.

Very disappointed!! They served us 3 under cooked, over sauced pizzas and some doughy under cooked crazy bread. When I called to see if I could at least exchange my sons cheese pizza, they told me that it was Door Dashes problem. Really?! I didn’t realize that it was the Door Dash drivers responsibility to go in and prepare the meal before delivery. Lol. Get it together Little Caesars! The employees were very Rude and unprofessional, yelling in the background that it’s not there fault and that I need to call Door Dash. We’ll be taking out business elsewhere, from now on.

Grabbed a couple pizzas. Really not any cheese and over cooked. We send it back and the little boy at the register was crazy polite and helpful but then they sent out raw pizzas. It’s so under cooked it literally fell apart. I’m actually pretty excited for robots to finish taking over fast food.

The pizza quality is hit and miss as is the customer service; however, for the price, I can tolerate both. It’s fast and easy. A great Friday night dinner solution.

Location and parking is a bit tricky so be careful what time you come here.
