I ordered from here for my lunch break. Picked up my order like normal. I saw the name and didn’t check how the pizza was made. I ordered extra beef only. I don’t know if they were trying to help or be funny because I don’t appreciate the extra sauce particularly and generally, anything else I Didn’t order. If I want at work and hadn’t eaten a slice to save time, I surely would take it back to get my refund. All that we ask from fiid service is to be clean and get the order right. Extra being added on for every topping let’s me know theyre not paying attention to the product and I know they wouldn’t want that from their purchase. It’s not a mistake to add more than requested. At least I’ve never experienced that feeling. Please next time read the screen properly or get someone who can.

Away for over 30 minutes and still did not get my Pizza.I ordered two hours earlier over the phone.
I understand being busy and I understand I called in the order they didn’t take my card or anything.However , they had enough notice to have my stuff ready and I wasn’t the only one there was plenty of there that were the same boat.

Customer service at this location tonight was very lacking. Dropping fbombs in front of customers and when called out on it said call my supervisor and tell him to get us some fing help. Went on to throw a temper tantrum kicking mop buckets and throwing pizza pans. Talked to manager and said he called employee and he admitted that he momentarily “lost it” not only is customer service lacking but when explaining that the cook was keeping his cool and doing a great job manager stated yeah he is the cause of our frustration. Troy the owner needs to know what is going on in his stores. He Is on vacation but I will follow up with him next week. This should never happen in a store. Spoke with several customers outside and they said the particular employee has had this bad attitude for a while and last week he was making suicidal jokes about going in the back room and hanging himself. My bread sticks looked old and was cold.yes I was in close to closing time but that is still no reason to behave the way the employee did

Ordered $5 Lunch Combo w/sausage. When I got to motel and grabbed first piece, I could tell this would not be a good experience.
It was a very soft, bready crust…no crunch on the crust that I was used to getting at location close to home. And bottom was white bread soft, yuck!
Used to ooey-gooey hot cheese and hot to touch sausage. This was tepid warm and not exciting at all.
She did tell me I’d wait 15-minutes but I suspect this was rushed through or oven not hot enough. I was the only person in the shop, so no lunch rush.
Most of my pizza was not edible…
