Always good. The only food I know consistently my kid will eat. She loves the nacho cheese pretzel pizza. The owner gave her cookies once when we went in. Very kind people. We usually gey it delivered but occasionally go Inside.

lady at counter was rude, didn’t hardly talk to anyone. my pizzas were waiting on the counter for over 30 mins while the others cooked when there was a whole pizza heater available (she didn’t say who’s it was and there were multipleee people inside with me) we waited for OVER an hour and a half for 5 pizzas. REDICULOUS SERVICE! i get they were low on staff but that’s no reason not to put our pizzas in the heater so they stay warm and to be rude and not communicate with ANYONE. now we have a very cold and late dinner. thanks little ceasers.

The worst little ceasars I’ve ever experienced. Terribly understaffed, food is inconsistent. This is the ONLY store I’ve seen without chairs to wait for your food. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Employees say the store manager is the one who doesn’t want chairs in the store. I’ve seen this place packed with people standing around with nowhere to sit. You either stand in the store or wait in the car. This store fails in comparison to other locations. I’ll drive further away to Sherman for little ceasars. How does a pizza place discontinue parmesan cheese and red pepper?? They never have any and continue to say they quit storing packets for takeout.

I’m super disappointed about this location here. I called yesterday 25 mins before closing they told me to hold and they never came back to the phone. From experience with this location I knew I wasn’t going to be able to order so I hung up. I called again today and placed an order again and let me just say not impressed. Robin took my order when I called. I had my son picked up the pizza and when he got home the cheese pizza was dry. It looked like it was sitting there for a long time. I know pizza has to have a lifetime and the time on that pizza was up. For spending almost 30 dollars and me calling and me telling them about my pizza. The only thing Robin said she could do for me was to take it back after I was at work. And they were about to close it’s Ridiculous! Never Again! They need better customer service that’s for sure.

I’ll never understand the hate this place gets. I come here quite often and the employees are always nice and friendly. I personally have never had a bad experience with this location or Little Caesars in general. People need to take into consideration the value of Little Caesars, not the best in the world but if you have twenty dollars, you’re feeding a decent amount of people, in comparison to the other big pizza chains. 10/10 would recommend!!

We ordered a fairly large order for two people and woke up this morning with food poisoning – both myself and my wife.
When we called the location to alert the manager to a possible food concern he didn’t appear to care about his possible contaminated food, prep areas are food storage.
We won’t go back there again.
