Both of our pizzas weren’t cut through. We put ours in through mobile order. Ordered cheese sauce instead of marinara and there was basically no sauce on the pizza. Thank goodness we ordered dipping sauces, because that really saved the pizzas. We will continue to use this location simply because it’s the only one in our area. When we pulled up to this location, we asked if we could add on a brownie. The cashier looked very confused. We used cash to pay and she had a hard time making change. It was a $20 & she just needed to handed us 3 $5’s and some change. She was extremely confused.

Pizza was amazing fast and fresh! I generally order from this location. They are so quick and my pizza always looks fresh. Their customer service is really good after new management. They keep the store very clean! Overall I like this store!

I’ve always a soft spot in my heart for Little Caesars. This was my first visit to the Mineral Wells, TX, location. I stopped by with my kid so that we could pick up a couple of pies for dinner. Here are my takeaways:

Got the pretzel pizza and it was great only problem was they forgot to cut it. I was not mad but I did call to inform them that it was uncut. They apologized and I told them I was amused by this as it was the first time it has happened. Will go back cause I love that pretzel pizza!

I purchased a cheese quick and ready pizza for $6.99 and gave the sales agent $10.00. The sales agent gave me back $1.35 and then disappeared. The assistant manager didn’t want to deal with it and ignored me when I asked for the rest of my change. I won’t ever go to Little Ceasars in Mineral Wells again….it gives me indigestion!!!

The Pizza was fine but the Employees need to go to 101 Classes on how to add & subtract Money at Cash Register Seriously it’s bad so if you give them $20.60 & the Pizza is $7.60 what Change Do u get back?? It’s $13 Right? Well u would think anybody can add & subtract that but No she only gave me $12 back & argued with me about she doesn’t owe me a $1!!??? Wow it’s one thing for cash register lady to be wrong but not Argue with customer when their wrong is Another Right?? Geez Little Ceasars send your Employees back to High school to learn adding & Subtraction Just sayin!!

The customer service at Little Caesar’s is always amazing. Junior does a fantastic job and is so personable with his guests at the restaurant and, of course, the food is always hot and fresh; he’s never gotten my order wrong. Will be back just to see him!

Went in at 9:45pm and was told they were not going to make my 2 classic pep. pizzas,and that i could buy a crazy bread and italian cheese bread that had been sitting for hours for $5.40.Why is sign on and door open if your not making pizza that takes 7-8 min.Should close when you refuse to make a order.
