How hard is it to make a pizza? Apparently to hard for the employees that work here. $17 for two Pepperoni pizzas extremely dry with barely any sauce, with the top of the pizzas burnt to a crisp. Drier than the desert pizza! Crunchy pizza!?!? Do they even train these employees? Or do the workers just not give a damn? Time to hire new workers!

I was just standing at the counter. No one came to take my order. I said hello 3 times. I saw a black man in the kitchen area I’m guessing hmmm . He still never acknowledged me. So after some young girl came through the door… I don’t know if she’s starting her shift or if she came back from lunch! That’s when he walks out and just says , may I help you. No apology. I asked to get a ready-made Pizza. He said , oh uhhh , everything’s gonna be like 12 minutes before anything is ready. I Just walked out at that point! Is the worst service ever!!! Say sorry or something. That was crazy!!!

I ordered delivery and recieved only 2 of my 4 pizzas. Calls to the store to correct the issue were ignored. When I called the 1 800 support number all they would do is request a refunder and said I’d get an email update in 1 to 7 business days.
On top of all that the pizzas I did get were burnt.
Highly dissatisfied!

Where do I begin? We are big fans of Caesars because of the price point and, usually, quality. We are no longer going to this location. This is the second time this location has given us substandard pizza! We wanted a well done deep dish! We got a pile of mush! I don’t know about the people working there, but I don’t eat raw dough. We even tipped y’all for your service! I didn’t think I needed to check my pizza before heading out. Pick up your standards off the ground! Take pride in what you do! People want edible pizza! And Caesar’s usually gets it right. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but save your money and avoid this place. Pay extra and go to Jett’s.

Earlier today, I placed a pickup order from this location on Debbie Ln in Mansfield , and when I sat down to eat, I opened the marinara sauce only to discover it was full of mold—enough to make someone seriously ill. I went back to let the staff know, but judging by their reaction, they either already knew or simply didn’t care. That alone is concerning.
For the sake of anyone’s health, I strongly urge people to think twice before eating here—because sooner or later, it could land you in the hospital. Basic food safety and kitchen standards should never be optional, and it’s clear management is not enforcing them here. The manager in particular needs to be held accountable, because something this serious should never happen in a professional kitchen.
It’s disappointing, but hopefully this serves as a wake-up call. Mold belongs in a science experiment, not in marinara sauce.
I even warned her to throw away the batch of sauce since it’s all mostly likely contaminated and she simply ignored me and carried on as if mold is a natural and normal occurrence for them.
For the sake of everyone that lives in Mansfield I will be trying my hardest to get this place put under serious review or something more drastic.

This is the 3rd time that I have come to this location that I have been overcharged as well as having problems with my pizzas. A few months ago I got a pizza with the promo at another Little Caesars location and the kids wanted the same thing the following week and I went to the Mansfield location for some reason it was $4 more, the buzzer didn’t go off, and when I went to get the pizza they almost gave me the wrong order. I corrected them only to find out halfway home that the stuffed crust pizza wasn’t stuffed. I had to quickly turn around go back and exchange it for the stuff crust one that I had paid additional for for some reason. the cuts on the pizza were absolutely insane they were squares, four-sided triangle attempts and all sorts of different sizes. We came again just yesterday and I again ordered the same order that I always do minus the stuffed cheese bread and the order came to $27. The girl at the window was very friendly she tried to figure out what was wrong she found one mistake on the classic pepperoni and fix that to the 6.99 the crazy combo ring up correctly however the stuffed crust pepperoni that was advertised on the window at 9:49 was rung up as 12. 74. She got who I would think was a senior employee or manager to come talk to me I pointed out that on the window it says 9:49 and he said “that’s for online purchases” and I said “it doesn’t indicate that on the sign” and he said “well that’s what we tell people”I did not like that answer I did not think it was professional at all however the kids were looking forward to having pizza so I left it alone. I was on a budget of $20 so I had to get some change out of the ashtray in which it took three people to count the dollar 64 and change when they finally decided to tell me how much money I had given them they realized I was sitting there with my credit card in hand to pay the other $2 not only did they miscount the $1.64 as originally $1.84 then they put it on my receipt as a $1.54 but when we returned 30 minutes later because our buzzer didn’t go off again we received the pizzas hot and they were tasty however see the attached pictures one was cut small on one side big on the other and the stuffed crust pizza wasn’t cut at all. I saw a commercial for Little Caesars advertising the 949 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it did not say online purchase only so I decided to stop at the other Little Caesars and I ask the lady if I was to buy the 949 stuffed crust pizza that you have advertised here on the screen as well as on the window how much would it be and she said 9:49 plus tax and I said so why did they charge me $12.74 at the other location she told me that it’s because they rang it up as a custom stuffed pepperoni rather than the promo. So basically I bought the stuffed crust pizzas three times from this location and paid an additional 350 plus tax each time and even after questioning them they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Someone needs to show them how to use their computer so they can bring up the promos that they are advertising or take the signs down because this is ridiculous. It’s nice because it’s a drive-thru service and usually I’m in that area and the kids always want pizza and it’s supposed to be a cheap deal but it’s not right if we’re all being cheated every single time because it adds up. If anybody knows the corporate number feel free to let me know cuz I’m seeing on here there’s a lot of complaints from other people as well and I think they need to be aware of how sad this location is.

Tried the crazy puffs from this location. They short-changed me on the cheese. It was basically all bread with a thin layer of cheese on top. The location on Broad St gives you a mini deep-dish puff, exactly like it is advertised. It’s a good thing they’re cheap. I’ll stick to the other location for better quality.

The photo itself is enough to turn anyone off. This was supposed to be the extra best cheesiest pizza, but it was more like the extra best stalest hard pizza. Wouldn’t dare gave my kiddo’s this trash, not even my dog. Little Caesars do better with service!!!!!
