Beware! Halloween night was awful. Several of us were waiting over an hour or more for pizza we’d ordered online. I watched a customer ask for their money back because they couldn’t wait any longer and the employees blatantly ignored this person. When pressed for attention a male employee yelled NO we don’t give refunds. This began an arguing match and no doubt the customer was rightfully upset, the employee cussed this person and used personal attacks. BTW – I ordered 6 pizzas. 2 were supposed to be thin crust, I only got one thin crust and I had one pizza terribly burnt. Had to throw it away!
Very rude, needs a new management! I will not go back. You don’t treat customers that way.

I used to work at this location and it has come a long way.
The crazy bread is always cooked perfectly and the pizza sauce is consistent which I cant say for many other locations. They do have hot and ready’s even at dinner time most of the time but this town loves its pizza so they get swamped sometimes and later in the evening like 9 pm. Even so I havent waited longer than 10 minutes for a pizza even at its busiest.

I love the ease of ordering on the app and picking up my order from the portal. However, the last two Thursdays the food has been warm not hot specifically any pizza that is plain one topping. I believe they gave me their “hot and ready” pizza that had been sitting under a warmer. My other pizzas that aren’t offered as a hot and ready item were hot and fresh though. Pretty frustrating and inconsistent at times. What’s funny is I’m sure if their employees went somewhere for food they’d expect their food to be fresh. Maybe poor management/owner telling them to use old pizza to fill orders.

Went to this location and don’t think I will ever return, worst experience ever, went for a stuffed cheese pizza, got the pizza and looked at the pizza, and the pepperoni was just threw on there, no presentation at all. Went back, showed the manager the vedio and he said he didn’t see anything wrong..then when I explained it to him, he got upset with me, just shaking his head, I told him, that I was old enough to be his grand daddy, he told me,that I insulated him, by saying that, I am black he is white, he is about 19 or 20 years old. Not manger material at all. Then, he said that he wasn’t there when the pizza was being made, I told him, he was not telling the truth, because I seen him in the back making the pizza, I told him, I remember the hat,the hadbon on a fisherman hat, white with some red or pinkish design on it, then he really got upset, gave me another, well prepared pizza, and kicked me out the store.

Honestly would recommend to anyone coming through azle 10/10. This is the cleanest Little Caesars I’ve ever been to and was immediately greeted upon walking in. The girl up front with the pretty tattoos even offered to bring my order out to my car and wouldn’t accept a tip. 5 stars.

called in for an order at exactly 4:35, a young man took my order and told me it would be ready in 15, cool.. waited 15, sent someone to go pick it up and upon pick up apparently there was no order under my name? So I called the place up and asked.. a young lady replied this time and told me there had been a mistake and that my order would be ready at 5:40. My order was never ready. Called once again just to be left on hold for 10 minutes and no reply. Very disappointing.

Our order is wrong half the time we order it. So, we pick up our pizza see it is wrong and have to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it again. Just so frustrating. The pizza is good tho.

My wife was treated terribly on Halloween night after she waited more than 40 minutes past the expected pick up time for our pizza. They cussed her our after she asked for a refund. They refused to give a refund until the situation continued to worsen. One kid started yelling personal attacks for no reason. One lady threatened to call the police instead of offering the refund. She finally yelled that she would void the transaction so that my wife would leave. This could have been avoided if a trained manager had been on staff. Will not be returning.
