Young girl at the counter was very nice. Food was trash for what I paid. I paid $17 for basically a supreme pizza and what I got was below subpar. Half the pizza looked like a pepperoni pizza and the other half a pile of toppings in one spot.

The young girl at the counter was polite. The manager and staff were screaming at each other in the back for everyone inside and out to hear. I got the Detroit deep dish raw in the center. Crazy bread was raw and looked horrible. Pizza was boxed bad due to everyone focused on screaming at each other.

Glad I checked out my pizza in my car before I left because literally the pizza and the crazy bread were not cooked at all. Honestly I don’t think there’s any excuses for this… like seriously, just look at it. There’s no way the cheese on that pizza is cooked, let alone any of the veggies on top… the crazy bread doesn’t even need any additional explanation, just nasty. Got a refund and went to Pizza Hut, but I just can’t believe they even gave this to me – imagine if I drove 25 min all the way home lol

Stopped eating Little Caesars because it was like carboard with no flavor. I decided to try it again since I heard this location had a great new manager. Glad I gave it another try. Pizza was fresh and delicious. Will be eating from here much more often.

Terrible customer service! Ordered pretzel crust got regular stuffed. Ordered pepperoni, was cheese only.And the girl knew it was wrong and didn’t care! When we looked before leaving, she was like, “oh yeah forgot pepperoni, sorry” Really?! The guy in the back was wearing a tank top! Total food prep health codes violation! Oh and pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. They were not busy serving no excuse. Very apathetic. Never going there again!

Ordered 2 pizzas a classic pepperoni and sausage waited for about half an hour because they were waiting on the sausage. get home and the pepperoni was fine but the sausage pizza we waited so long on was just cooked enough for the cheese to of melted. Definitely not coming back here again. had problems before but never thought I’d get a raw pizza.

Little Caesar’s Azle is the absolute worst! The manager is a young woman who although is a hard pizza worker does not have the maturity to be in the management position. Waited for four simple pizzas for one hour ten minutes in the middle of the day on a weekday. They kept messing up people’s orders. I was not upset about the long time frame as I am upset that three people were working and not one of them had the decency to tell me hey your order is going to take over an hour. I asked for the general manager’s information she refused to give it to me, claiming she is the only manager. I asked for the owner’s information she refused to give me the owners name or number. I asked for corporates information. She said if I want that I can look online. This is the individual Azle little Caesar’s chooses to have represent them. It’s clear why they always have change in staff at that location. You need to hire mature adults in a management position. She kept saying I am an adult I am 24, I am 24. An adult doesn’t repeat that. An adult finds a solution to the issue. It’s ridiculous!
