I got the pizza puffs along with a stuffed crust pizza, and the puffs were not edible. It was incredibly bad what they did to the puffs. I have had the puffs at different locations like Three Lakes, and they were much, much better. These felt cold too, so even though the pizza was made fresh to order, it felt like the puffs were just hot and ready left overs. The pizza was good though. I have had some really sketchy pizzas here though. I think that they are just not busy enough to turn over the hot and ready stuff. The staff the past couple of times have been pretty nice, but this is unacceptable. Always, always check your order before leaving the restaurant.

2/27- we have had fine cheap pizza there for several years. We have never had to complain. nor are we ‘those types’. Our pizza that night was a mess and raw. We talked with the manager on duty, and she flat out refused to simply make a new pizza. We did not want a refund. We wanted to EAT lol. We never raised our voices and never cursed. We left with no pizza and a refund. We went back to talk with head manager several days later and find out that the first lady said that we cursed her and she felt threatened!! They even called the cops afterwards. She said they had audio and video but would not let us see it. I assured her that there was ZERO cursing and NO yelling, and the audio would show that. We have nothing to gain from our trip back up there. We did not want a free pizza, a future credit, or anything except to point out that the lady had refused to make us a new pizza. The accuser told her bosses that she DID say she would make a new one, which is my main complaint. That is a flat out LIE. I wanted to eat, not get a refund. Why would I NOT just get a new pizza?? I hate that she did this, as we did enjoy that place and would have continued to purchase there. No matter what crap they respond with, until they share an AUDIO they are not proving anything. We do not cuss and yell at service staff. never have, never will.

Ordered thin crust supreme pizza with jalapeño and when I got there they took my money and then brought out my pizza which was wrong and I told the lady and she said she could make another one but it would be 30 min because they were busy. She saw it was wrong from the sticker but said that was all she could do. I have always went to that little Caesar’s because it was good but the last couple times they have been short with me and not very nice. Will have to find another pizza place

Getting this place to answer a phone call is pretty much a game at this point. I don’t even see why they give you the ability to call them it’s it appears to be such an issue
-once they answered the first time they literally hung up a minute later and then when they answered the 2nd time they tried to say they’re out of crust for the night so I ordered through the drive thru and now they’re making it. Definitely bad business

They are the slowest people ever ! The workers are always on their phones NEVER and I mean NEVER doing their job! It takes 30 minutes or longer to even get ONE pizza! Always the worst experience ever when I come here! The workers are very rude and disrespectful always just letting the phone ring and never answering! Overall horrible customer service and food isn’t the best!

We ordered our pizza June 15,2020. We waited 15 minutes returned to pick it up. We ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni. When we got it home it was all crust. We also ordered breadsticks and they were about 3inches long, twisted, & chewy and crunchy like pretzels. Attached is a picture of the pizza.

Ive ordered delivery a few times now and they never fail to mess up my order. They deliver fairly quick but always something wrong with it. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza tonight my kids were so stoked for and it’s just regular pizza. Called.the store numerous times and there’s no answer or recording or anything to even try to fix the order or get a refund
