Worse place to have frozen cookie dough coffee. Never doing business with this location again. They ran out of it and still selling some other kinda coffee as cookie dough coffee twice to me.

Terrible service, awful experiences with this particular location. It’s usually so awful that I don’t even bother writing a review, but the last visit did it. I asked for no ice, and they said they’d charge me more since they normally use so much ice that it dilutes the offer and secures their profits. Then I thought to replace the cows milk with almond milk, with an extra charge of course, but found myself asking if they could just give me less of a drink instead of charging me so much more… with that the cashier spoke to the drink mixer in a foreign language about how to handle the drink, and right away the guy just puts the ice in and proceeds with a standard mix.
It was at this point I knew America no longer ran on dunkin and probably never did. I was ready to throw the mix across the counter and choose violence, but instead, I decided to remain civil out of respect for their guests who did not ask for this. I simply said this mix is wrong, ate the loss of my freedom as a consumer to order by preference, quickly chugged the tainted love, thanked the sacred cow for its milk and tossed the cloudy, air-exposed ice cube filler in their trash for the last time.
Luckily, my friend had some carrot juice to help balance out the bad mix and settle my stomach.
I write this review in an effort to implore you, my fellow American consumer, please do not choose violence when they inevitably make this mistake again, instead choose a quality coffee shop, like Jack Jacks down deer park avenue, it’s a further ride south from this location in Babylon but if you come on a Thursday night you just might find Jack Jacks does the coffee house scene right. Trust us, America runs on poetic justice.

I was just there a couple minutes ago I asked for two bagel with cream cheese and bacon. The bacon was completely uncooked and the lady that made it added a biggg chunk of cream cheese to the conner of it. It was a total mess but I bet no even she would dare to eat that. For what reason would they hire someone that does not know how to do the job.

Always good coffee! Some DDs have burnt coffee and lack donut options. This DD is always great! In the morning the people are friendly and the lady remembers what I get so I don’t even have to tell them she just gets it ready. I highly recommend this store.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, the workers, for some reason, are very rude. I was trying to get a gift card out of my purse and the gentleman working the window became very impatient and rude. It only took me about 30 seconds to reach in my wallet for the card. There was no one behind me on line. Then when I got to the window the cup was 3/4 full.

Service was good, I mean they usually are when I go to this one. Food was okay, this is why I took a star off, because their hash browns are VERY salty and seasony I guess you could say lol. I can’t put my finger on it, but there’s a little bit of a distinct weird taste after eating just one. Otherwise everything else is great. Just watch out going in the parking lot, go slow because you don’t always see people popping out from between the parked cars already and the parking lot isn’t big really at all.

I love going here in between work or other errands, staff is so accommodating and drinks are so good!
Customers are always nasty, I am a former barista and hated working in this area. These employees deserve better.
