Honestly not the first time, so i should expect it at this point. But can we please get workers here who like to work? I mean i know not all of us love our positions but can at least pretend when in the presence of paying customers.
This is almost the 5th time my fience and i have come up here and waited over an HOUR for a hot and ready and garlic bread, an HOUR. Usually we aren’t in a rush, but this pregnant mama here couldn’t stand being told “20 more mins” after already waiting 45. Maybe if we didn’t have dance parties in the back while eating the cookie you just walked back over from subway, (definitely touching everything without washing your hands) do your jobs, and get customers out. Then have a party.

I did online to pick it up in the store. The food was pretty good. The service just sucks really, really bad. I noticed they put your name in the kiosk to pick up, even if your food isn’t ready. Basically, it looks in their system and corporate that it is done timely. I waited 30 mins after my order said it was done, and then I got 2 pizzas only when I ordered 2 pizzas and a dessert. I tried to talk to someone, but they basically completely ignore you. I just didn’t want to wait on the $4 dessert, so I just took my order and left.

I walked in it was loud everyone was yelling.It was busy line was out the door.The guy that was taking the orders was really nice but the food was terrible. I have never had a bad pizza from Little Caesar’s. This was my first time coming to this one and the pizza was so thin and soggy I couldn’t even eat it.The box is full of grease. So disappointing will never go back to this Little Caesars.Not to mention there was no pepperonis in the middle of the pizza just the outside by the crust.

Very rude staff members. They dont greet you when you walk in the door. If you happen to say “thank you” they wont respond. I always order extra cheese and pepperoni which i pay extra for but I never get it…its just like eating thin bread no toppings. I will say there is one young gentlemen that works there that is so nice but other than that so so disrespectful and not professional at all. I come bc its affordable so I’d like my stuff done correctly

The store was clean and the employees were friendly. Ordered a couple deep dish pizzas so I had a small wait, during that time people were steadily coming in for the hot and ready pizzas. None of them had to wait and every transaction was handled in a fast, friendly and professional manner.

So I go into Little Caesars on Gilmer Rd. In Longview and order a Extra most best pepperoni pizza with stuffcrust and what I got looked like a regular pepperoni pizza and they said they couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about it! So I’m just supposed to take whatever they give me even if I pay for something else? Is that how it works? I’m NEVER going back to Little Caesars ever again! Huntbrothers pizza taste better anyways!!! And cheaper too!!!!
