The manager is rude and the service is poor. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I was missing a pizza and instead of taking care of it and getting my pizza… so i could get home to my family… she made everything very difficult. Going as far as refunding my order just to be ugly. I finally got my order… re rang and all of my pizzas that i ordered… and she found the missing one in the hotbox BEHIND the counter. But her attitude and ugliness was not necessary or called for. Her name is Emily and supposedly she is the manager of this location. If she is truly the manager… please get her some customer service training. And do not allow her to be nasty to people. Thank you! I wont be back.

They don’t even get a star nasty not sanitary I watched the manager make pizza with no gloves touching everything meat cheese pepperoni everything that’s cross-contamination if someone has an allergy and didn’t have a care a nasty attitude made my order waited 15 minutes as I was told and watch three other customers get their Pizza when I was told mine wasn’t there. I watched another employee drop a pizza on the floor clean it off the floor and then go back to cutting pizza and touching pizza making pizza no gloves I wouldn’t recommend to anybody and they need to be reported immediately no hair nets no nothing. Asked for a refund and left spent 45mins for what never again

I went by and picked up a stuffed crust pepperoni. Pizza and some breadsticks this past Sunday and discovered they were several undercooked. The bread sticks and pizza both were very doughy still, to the point thar we couldn’t even eat the food. Ive contacted the store and have had no response at all. I would highly recommend NEVER ordering food from this location.

Couldn’t hear the cashier. Asked him several times to speak up. Ordered Pretzel Crust and got either rotten dough or regular dough. It was NOT pretzel. Cook said “Don’t know what to tell ya. Sometimes soda bread doesn’t act right.” WHAT?! Will never go hear again. Something wrong with the LC’s in Texarkana.

Update: I ordered an Extra Most Bestest Stuffed Crust Pepperoni and the cheese topping was sparse. I said something & within 10 min I had the pizza in the 2nd photo. Awesome service!

Preorder our pizzas and when I came back to pick them up they acted like they didnt know about the order! The person in the back said he made them but they ended up just throwing together parts and pieces of other orders they had made to make a sad attempt at our order! All said and done the pizzas weren’t made to order and they were mostly dried up messes that had sat in the hot case to long highly disappointed!

Wouldn’t recommend. Horrible costumer service, the fridge for the drinks is warm, and they always get my order wrong. I’m a vegetarian and opening my pizza to meat is so gross.
