Literally the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. Not only was the Lady who took my order absolutely uninterest in being there and doing her job but with a poor attitude too. The pizza was absolutely horrendous. I had to throw the whole thing away. I took one bite and even looked really bad, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was my first time going there. Brown spots all over the pizza, almost like it had been sitting out all day and reheated multiple times, but even worse than that with how it tasted. Now, looking at the reviews, I can see that this is not the place to go to again. I’m super disappointed.

My wife picked up this “hot and ready” pizza when she got home, we bit into a slice, and it was fairly cold. I don’t believe 80° is “Hot” and no it did not cool off that much in transit as we only live 5 minutes from the restaurant.
I gave the restaurant a call thankfully they remembered who my wife (was mever handed a receipt) was from picking up the pizza not 5 minutes before and they gave us a complementary pizza, which was nice, but still a letdown that the “hot and ready” was just ready and not hot.

Absolutely ridiculous. I placed a delivery order assuming that it was coming from the NEW Melissa location, not the Anna location. I ordered the Fantastic Four-N-One and it was all messed up. One slice had little to no crust, one slice had only one sausage on it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Came for a hot and ready and it never has disappointed me. The cashier even complemented me on my watch. Incase you’re seeing this sir it was a Garmin Instinct made in 2020. I’m sure there are better ones now lol. Thanks!

We ordered a deep dish and it wasn’t done… it was nothing but uncooked dough. When I tried to call multiple times the phone line is busy. We had to finish cooking it in our oven

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however, awareness has to be brought to this issue. I walk in and was noticed two separate times by two employees, and wasn’t even acknowledged. Mind you I was not there to pick up an order out of the machine, I was actually there to place an order. Interesting enough someone came in behind me and they immediately greeted him and asked how could they help! I walked and went right across the street to Pizza Hut.

Close to being a worthless establishment. Nobody needs pizza so fast that it’s not cooked all the way. Lady working the counter had great customer service but the cooks in the kitchen just flat out aren’t very good

Food is never on time for pick up orders. Hot and Ready pizzas are rarely available. Service leaves something to be desired. Extra star only for the pretzel crust.
