We stopped by Eddie V’s Prime Seafood for a few quick bites and were pleasantly surprised. The filet mignon sliders were unbelievably tasty—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The Oyster Rockefeller was pretty good as well. The service was very nice and attentive, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was great; we especially enjoyed the quiet outdoor seating, which was relaxing and comfortable. Inside was much more lively, though definitely very loud. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back for a proper dinner next time.

Eddie V’s is incredibly consistent & Amazing! The food is always incredible & fresh! During our last visit, we had the pleasure to meet & be served by Marc. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly & on point! He truly cares for every single one of his guests and treats them like family. I noticed many other Google reviews rave about his exceptional service and I couldn’t agree more. We were seated at 8:15pm & had a 9pm movie next door at iPic. We informed Marc & he offered helpful suggestions that didn’t take long to arrive at our table. We were able to enjoy Wagyu dumplings, main lobster tacos with homemade tortillas, fresh bread, a crab cake & 6 oysters. Not only was every dish incredibly delicious, but we had plenty of time to catch our 9pm showtime. (We saw Good Fortune which was a great movie!) Thank you Marc & the staff at Eddie V’s for always going above & beyond! I’m a customer for life & we can’t wait to dine again in the near future! 🙂

One of the most fabulous dining experiences I’ve had in recent years.
I started with the Rita Del Sol mocktail — a refreshingly unique blend of flavors. My main course featured the Chilean Sea Bass and the Crab Fried Rice side, both cooked to perfection. For dessert, I indulged in the Chocolate Ganache with Honey Meringue — one of the most decadent desserts I’ve ever tasted.
Christian delivered exceptional service all evening, while Nicole, the manager, went above and beyond to make the special occasion truly unforgettable.
I highly recommend this restaurant — an unforgettable experience from start to finish!

My first dining experience at Eddie V’s exceeded my expectations: from the warm, relaxed ambiance and the well-prepared food, to the impeccable service. Tried their Thanksgiving dinner. The meal not only looked but also tasted delicious. Along with a hot latte, I also had a scrumptious pumpkin pie tartlet with pecan ice cream for dessert. My server, Sheba, was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. Even the general manager was walking around greeting everyone. I look forward to coming back soon.

We spent our 2nd anniversary here and it was absolutely incredible. All the staff went out of their way to ensure this was the perfect date. Big thank you to our server Wyatt too!! From the appetizers of tuna tartare and crab cakes, to our entrees of filet mignon and ribeye, the dessert, and even drinks made this one of our top restaurant experiences of the year! Last week we celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday dinner at Eddie V’s, after Matthew, one of our favorite servers, recommended it for the exceptional experience. I felt compelled to share the outstanding professionalism, hospitality, and warmth we experienced throughout the evening. From the moment we arrived, managers Cam and Sashie graciously welcomed each of our 16 guests, setting a wonderful tone for the celebration.
Our servers, Marc and Chase, were both attentive and engaging, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and well cared for. Another manager, Laura, thoughtfully arranged the room to create the perfect birthday atmosphere, and Alice went above and beyond by gathering signatures from the staff for a heartfelt birthday card for my wife.

Eddie V’s has a relaxing elegance that invites you in. You can choose to sit at the bar or reserve a table. Grace my waitress was absolutely gracious and attentive. People sought her attention to say thank you throughout the night. So if you go I hope you get to have a little Grace lol. The food was an experience that danced with flavors. From the caviar baked potatoes to the dessert everything was delightful. Definitely coming back.

Visited for a friend’s birthday and the Eddie V’s team went above and beyond with a surprise private room, bday card, decorations and amazing service. Our server Matthew was amazing and deserves recognition. His support staff went above and beyond with one guest allowing her to try a taste of the lobster bisque before ordering.

We celebrated Paul’s birthday. Jerry Benson made it very special for us. We started with a champagne toast and we ended with a trio of desserts with a flambé presentation. We brought our closest friends to celebrate with us and they loved it too. The music and decor was chic and alluring. We want to return and sit in the bar room and enjoy the music and maybe happy hour next time. We feel it’s the nicest steak and seafood restaurant in our area. We’ve been to most of them.
As far as what we ate, we were all very happy. We had 1/2 dozen oysters, shrimp cocktail, bone-in ribeye steak cooked to perfection, 19 oz. filet mignon, sole fish, baked potato, Mac & cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts, crab and shrimp fried rice. We were all very satisfied and even had doggy bags.
