The Pretzel crust is a big rip off! Taste extremely salty it’s as if they just threw tons of salt on regular crust, threw it in the box and charged extra for the arm strength…. And not to mention that they didn’t even cut my pizza. I’m done with this company!!!

I was very satisfied with my first visit here. It was pretty packed when I arrived but they were getting everyone in and out. I always ask for extra butter and parmesan on my deep dish a d they made sure my order was correct. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The young man who assisted me was very friendly to everyone helped. I will definitely be back while I’m visiting this area. I took one star off cause parking is not the greatest.

On July 12th, around 7:00 pm, Upon walking in, I was not greeted. However, the other customers were. An employee from the back came to ask me if I had been helped, and she told him I will get to her, even though she was not busy. I was told there were no pizzas ready and that it would be five minutes. When I explained this to my son, the female worker rudely told me that five minutes would not be the case and then told me to have a nice day even though she didn’t know if I was leaving. Do better. No “hot and ready” pizzas and bad customer service.

I normally don’t have an issue with getting pizzas for myself and my husband but today,06/20/2023, we got 2 pizzas with a missing slice of pizza from each box. We had just got was getting ready to eat and when we opened it there was a space in between each pizza. I understand if it’s a new person cutting but please make sure it’s correct like come on now.

I ordered a pizza on the app. It said the pizza would be ready between 5:08 and 5:15pm. I get there and wait. I keep refreshing the app. Finally it made it into the oven. Then nothing for the next while. 5:15 comes and goes, I’m late for an appointment. Others have been having issues so I give it a little more time. I’ve already paid. 5:40 and no pizza. I ask for a refund. They don’t offer. They just start looking around for my order. Looking in the oven, on the printer, on the list of orders. I tell them again I want a refund. Finally after going through 3 people, someone comes and enters something into the register and tells me I will get the refund in 5-10 days. That’s it. I ask the guy what actually happened to my order. He tells me they accidentally burnt it and were going to make another. No apology, no sign that my corrected order was actually being made, no compensation for wasting my time. I was disgusted with the whole experience, watching everyone else come and go.

Honestly I’m not satisfied with my purchase this time I used to love little Ceasars but, the 5 meat feast was bad the meat some part of the meat are to cooked, the pizza is way to thin to even pick it up the slices are ti cut right the ingredients are all over the places, the pizza was smaller as if I ordered a medium/small size but I didn’t they’re is a lot of oils in those pizzas no really complaining about it cuz its a 5 feast one but I didn’t remember them being this greasy. Overall I didn’t like them.

There’s always a problem each time I visit this location. First time around the pizza just was not good. Second time I ordered by the app and 2 employees quit at that moment so my pizza took at least 20 mins more to be ready. This third time around again ordered by the app and they left my pizza sitting out so when I got it my pizza and bread sticks were cold. Totally ruined my pizza. I don’t recommend this location.

How in the world do you have 6-7 customers in line and each of us had no more than 2 pizzas…waiting over an hour. Employees in the back messing around, joking around, unprofessional like. Also, there was an Army soldier there before me and I felt bad for the service he had to go through to get his 2 pizzas.. treat your customers better and get your acts together. Bunch of high schoolers and people with poor work ethic only get hired here. Great job of choosing your employees Little Caesar’s. Never again visiting this location. Zero stars for sure.
