I went in as I was headed out of town. They didn’t have what I wanted pre-made, but the young man got right on it! He understood the urgency, worked with the team and got my pizza made in no time, and even brought it out to my car. He even wished me a safe trip.

I got my pizzas from here tonight. Everything looked fine till I took a bite of my pizza and found a very strong piece of plastic in my food. I was more concerned about my son eating it because what if he ingested the thick piece of plastic and choked on it or caused severe issues in his stomach. Very upset

Extremely poor customer service. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I was immediately told there was no order, and the employee refused to listen when I tried to provide the full name or order number. The window was closed on me mid-conversation.
After parking and going inside, I could clearly hear multiple employees laughing and talking negatively about my order and the situation. Due to the complete lack of professionalism and care, I requested a refund. The employees laughed, said it would take 3 days to return to my card, and provided no receipt or proof of the refund.
The lack of accountability and basic customer service was astonishing. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable feeding my children food prepared by staff who showed that level of disregard. I will not be returning.

I ordered inside. The lady was friendly and kind. Ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni and a 3 meat. I waited about 15 minutes as it was a little busy. She brought out my order double checked what I had and then opened each box to make sure it’s what I had ordered and that I liked what I was receiving. There are a lot of new faces in this store. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Looks like they are really trying to build it back up. I’m pretty sure the lady that got my order was the manager. They have redeemed themselves for my family! Great job Little Caesars in Gun Barrel City!

Every time I come to this store, just this store, they never have pizza ready. At any given time whether it’s noon or 8 at night they have no pizza, it’s always 10-15 minutes.
If you have to wait for it it’s not hot n ready now is it.

Went through the drive through and the lady working it was filling the soda cooler and walked back and forth atleast 4 times and I seen her look at the drive thru windows each time as I was waving. She finally opened the the window and took my order. She gave me a buzzer and told me to come in when it beeps. After I seen all the others waiting get their orders and it was now closing time and my buzzer still hadn’t gone off I went up to the locked door and waited for them to come to the door to get their buzzer. She went to the prep counter cut my cold pizza and brought it to me. Very careless people at this store. They don’t seem to care about the quality of customer service at all.
