The customer service here is horrendous. The kid working the register doesnt greet anyone and acts like we are bothering him to place an order. Every single person that came in while I was here was treated horribly. Even heard him throwing things around, dropping F bombs and slamming customer orders. Hispanic lady next to me even acknowledged how rude he was when taking his order. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.

5 Stars! I stopped in for a hot and ready pizza and even though they were obviously short staffed it was amazing to watch Shaun work the front, answer phone, and pull pizzas out of the oven for customers. He kept his cool and was super polite and courteous. Super great attitude and the pizza was delicious and loaded with the right toppings. Super pleasurable experience. Thanks! Are you kidding me. Ordered and paid for 10 pizzas at 5pm. 7 o’clock still not ready. Told every time another person ordered it pushed my order back. Make that make sense. Went to pizza hut and got same 10 pizzas for less $ and took them 22 minutes in and out. Moral of story. If you want to feel like you matter go somewhere that appreciates your business.

I was very impressed with the boys that work at this location! They were doing an amazing job on a busy Saturday night. One boy in particular went a step above. A woman had a large order of 8 or 10 pizzas and a couple of drinks, one of the boys held the door open for her and carried her pizzas to her car.
I thought everyone working seemed to get along well and had very good manners. They joked with each other a little but not in a disrespectful or disruptive manner, it was really nice to see.
My food came out quick and correct. I really wanted to mention what a good job the whole team did! I would definitely recommend this location.

I ordered online so there should have been no miscommunication, however that was not the case. They forgot a WHOLE pizza and a marinara sauce for my crazy bread. The pizza that I did get was NOT FULLY COOKED, thick on one side, thin on the other side, the cuts were terrible, in other words looked like complete slop. I’ll make sure to inspect my pizza before leaving the store next time to help them do their job.

They were crazy busy and hopping on a Sunday night! I did my order online. It was marked ready in 16 minutes. However before I even saw the email, the staff realized that the half pep half bacon was supposed to be both on the same side and they remade it right away. Ready 10 mins after the first alert, only three minutes after I got into the store. I also love how you walk up and use your code to fetch your order from the warmer… no waiting in line to be given the pizza.
