Had a mobile order, got there was told it would be 5 more minutes was told to pull around front, waited for 20 more minutes, people coming and going in and out, had to pull around to drive thru window and my pizzas were put in warmer. Asked why they didn’t bring it to car and all the manager could say was it was in warmer and sorry about that. Some customer service NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT.

Went to order a pizza and italian cheese bread, the lady at the register couldn’t even get my order in correctly. Had to void and re-ring my order up. Then they were going to give me my pizza and let me wait 10 minutes while my italian cheese bread was being made. They threw a fit when I requested that a fresh pizza be made along side the bread so that both would be hot. Nevermind the place was filthy, as well.. First and last time I will come here.

I can not tell you the last time I walked into little Caesars, and didn’t have to wait on ONE pepperoni. Doesn’t matter what time you go, they never have “hot and ready” pizza. The employees do their best to ignore you for as long as possible when you walk in, too.

They do not have the classic pepperoni hot and ready…well, ready. All they have available for immediate pick up is the EMB… which is literally a dollar more for 7 extra pepperonis. Not a good value. They also do not use the proper amounts of sauce or cheese. So essentially you pay the same price for less. I understand that costs are going up but I find this to be a bit dishonest. I miss the Kilgore Little Caesars, now that was a great store.

I came in and placed my order while no one else was inside. Three other people slowly came in after I did and placed their orders. The lady at the counter with glasses told the others and myself there would be a 6 minute wait in between orders. While waiting patiently the lady with the glasses locked eyes with me three times so she knew I was there. Everyone who came in after me got their orders and I was still left waiting. One of the other workers asked my name for the order because someone else’s order was ready. The lady who took my order asked my name because another order besides mine was ready. I asked her is MY order ready because you told me 6 minutes. She asked me did you step out? I said NO you locked eyes me three times and gave everyone else’s order who came In after me first. She said well I wasn’t the one who put the pizza in the box! She was quick to blame someone else instead of apologizing for the long wait. Already irritated because I didn’t enjoy the service the lady just said thank you and walked away. Don’t lie to your customers and don’t expect them not to be upset and own up to your mistakes instead of putting blame on others. The pizza was very dry and hard. Also the cheese bread was hard and way to much of the seasoning. I wouldn’t go back to this location. Lastly looks like there are a lot of other upset reviews on here because of bad service and lying. Up to you if you choose this location maybe your order will come out ok.

10 minutes yelling through the drive through window trying to get help; phone was ringing for 5 minutes. I was in the drive through calling the store to get service I know . This is ridiculous, customer service was terrible ; no remorse . The young lady with glasses thought it was funny giving me a old cold pizza ,Close this store down and hire people that care or don’t open a store in my Community . Pull cameras from 7-8 pm check call log see how it’s getting ran . Bootleg pizza place the only great thing about this place is the manager Ray – he hustles the whole time and he is only one person that cares about his customers ; if you had three more like him you actually may be a number one store .He should be running the store if upper individual la had common sense. They would promote him
