I was given a pizza from the Hot-N-Ready section, and it was horrible. It was hard and looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. I asked for a refund or to have it replaced, and the African American girl with red hair who was working at the front gave me an attitude.
They should remove pizzas that have been sitting out for too long. After the condition of the pizza I received, there was no need for poor customer service on top of it.

THE ONLY REASON FOR THE 5 STARS IS BECAUSE OF A WORKER NAMED AJ.
I noticed he was working very hard and efficiently trying to get orders out as quickly as he could. I did not place a kiosk order so I stood there and waited (enough to get slightly annoyed) for someone to come get my food. I could hear the other workers talking about non work related things. He had to remind them TWICE that someone was waiting. I just wanted to leave a review only for AJ and praise him for a job well done and actually caring about the customer service.

If you read this before ordering LEAVE!!! I was told 15 minute wait after ordering for 2 pizzas. Nothing special. Then after waiting 15 min was told 7 min. Then waited. Then told 3 min. After waiting for 3 min was told another 3 minutes. As they pile up dozens of pizzas. All these people in the area on a Saturday ordering 5-20 pizzas per party. Plus uber orders. They really will fill all of the other orders before walk ins. Asked for my refund and waisted an hour of my life. Will never be back. They lied about the wait time. Little Caesar’s is not work waiting an hour for on the heat. No AC in there.

This location is the BEST! The staff are always great and the pizzas have never disappointed! We pick up so its the freshest at home.

Half an hour after the expected pickup time, we STILL had no pizza… because they lost our order. When they finally found it (apparently it had been sitting in a warmer in the kitchen for at least 20 minutes), it was wrong! So they had to remake it, meaning we got to wait even longer. So that was a fun hour wasted.
Mistakes happen, but honestly this isn’t the first time they completely effed up our order- this is just the first time we caught it before getting home. So really it’s our fault for expecting anything different. Definition of insanity, right?

Picked up 3 pizzas and breadsticks. All 3 were burned, breadsticks were super brown and hard as rock. Only one girl was working up front had attitude and looked like I personally did something to her when I asked for sauce that was supposed to come with breadsticks. Do better.

Gone here a couple times and each time the wait times for an already made pizza is insane. People at the counter have nasty attitudes and mumble when speaking to you. Girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me and sighed when i asked her to speak up since i couldn’t hear her. Customer service isnt a good profession for you if you can’t communicate clearly.

Can we talk about the customer service and the staff in general?? Every time I come to this place and it’s not often do you ever get greeted, the employees look miserable, don’t speak to you or tell you who’s next. I mean when I say nothing, it’s nothing. If it’s a miserable, quit!! Don’t have a bunch of kids working, to stand around doing nothing. I literally saw a kid or maybe an adult not even sure anymore. Toss pizzas as he boxed them. He was flip the pizzas over because he simply didn’t care. I really don’t understand why people choose to work like this. People do better. Customers are asking questions and the other girl is just starring at them?? She does what the customer is asking but is silent ♀️sad all around. I’m better off going to 121.

Just picked up our pretzel pizza that we ordered, not hot and ready. Crust flat and almost burned and not one bit of salt on it. We ended up putting salt from my cabinet but definitely not the same. Won’t order again
