Went thru the drive thru for a small cone for me, and hubby got a strawberry sundae. The guy held my cone the entire time the transaction took place, and it was a hot day, so I was worried it would melt. When I finally got it, it tasted like they’d mixed cool whip or something else in there. I’ve had plenty over the years, but this was NOT ice cream. It was not cold like ice cream is. My husband’s sundae had normal ice cream, though, and WAS cold. It will be a while before we give them another chance. How do you mess up a simple ice cream cone???

After hearing not the best reviews on my local page I was hesitant to try this Dairy Queen but was pleasantly surprised. My food was fresh hot and very tasty and my ice cream was also very good. It seams as though the owners may have been there which tells me they care about their business after having some negative reviews. I hope they can find good help and keep up the good work. I will definitely be going back!

When we got there they were only two gentlemen working they gave us great service and the food was great. While we were dining a young crew come in and the gentlemen left. One had hair down to her knees which I know is not within health code. They just stood around and loudly talked after we cleared our table we said y’all have a good day they looked at us like we were intruding on their conversation. So glad we got there before their shift started in the older gentlemen took care of us.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are very rude. I walked inside and was patiently waiting for an employee to come take my order, there was atleast 4 of them gathered in the drive thru and I continued to wait for a solid 5 minutes. I decided to just go somewhere else so I started to walk out and one of the female employees YELLS “I was about to take your order but bye.” I am not confrontational at all so I kept walking. I was trying to be understanding which is why I left quietly but I just couldn’t believe the smart a** remark the employee made.

Excuse me, locking the doors with customers still inside?????? That is false entrapment in the company could be sued for that.
The staff should not be locking the doors until all customers are done with their meal inside or asked to leave at the appropriate time. We had to unlock the doors twice to get in and out and we weren’t even done with our meal yet.
Disappointed by the night shift here yet again.
