Horrible experience. We mobile ordered and when we arrived to get the pizza the portals weren’t working. We asked the girls about the pizza and they were rude, they grabbed the pizza off the counter, it was obvious it had been there for awhile. The box was soaking wet and soggy so we had them give us a new box. The pizza we ordered was not sliced, not hot, and one of the pizzas was incorrect. It was very obvious these girls didn’t care and weren’t diligently working because before leaving the store, one of the workers was busy touching and kissing this boy who was waiting in the chairs.

went in asked for a pep and sau pizza he charged me $12 i usually pay $10 so i asked him can i get the promotional price and he said i had to call it in for that price! Went in before 9 and ordered a sausage pizza, kid complained about “ITS GONNA TAKE A WHILE SOME PEOPLE ALREADY CLOCKED OUT” y’all don’t close until 11:30.
I asked if they had hot and ready pepperoni available and ready I want two. He says he has to charge me extra because it has extra pepperoni. Huh hot and ready is one that was made and sitting for a while same price.

Only ordered 3 items, they delivered 2 out of 3. And they can’t even re-deliver my missing item (1 box of pizza), instead they have to refund me. Can’t stress how disappointed I am with this place. Never again. Sticking with someone more reliable like pizza hut or papa john’s.

This place is so rude. Don’t have any customer service experience order was wrong. The lady couldn’t even understand me so I had to call back at another time. This place is so unprofessional. Yesterday around 4:30 pm I went in to place an order. After I placed my pizza I notice the young man who was eating something. So I watch him to see if he was gonna watch his hands, which he didn’t. So I asked the young man who took my order was a manager there, he said she was the lady who had just left out while I was placing my order. I explained to him about what I seen, he offered to go and make my pizza himself but he was the only one taking orders so I just ask for a refund and went to the one on Broad Street in Mansfield. Please teach those young workers that dealing with food. You have to be aware of the Food Safety Health Policy. Washing Hands are very important to keep everyone safe.
