Tried three times and gave up on one out of two pizzas. Ordered two well done pizzas. One pepperoni and one sausage. First attempt on some sausage in the middle of the pizza. Both hardly cooked. Asked for sausage to be added to the one and both to be cooked longer to to be made well done. Was told they don’t normally do that because a lot of people don’t like it that way. That’s literally what well done is. Ten minutes later looks like the sausage on was remade but but still the same hardly cooked not well done. Third time went in the sausage ones perfect but the pepperoni one was over cooked the outside crust hard as rock not able to be eat. Ordered 46 minutes ago to still get one not right and I give up.

Tonight we ordered pepperoni crazy puffs, crazy bread, cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. Got home and my daughter found a bug in her pepperoni pizza. When I called, the kid who answered rudely said sarcastically “sorry what do you want me to do about it.” I was furious at his sarcastic and rude response. Before I could respond with anger I just hung up. Instead of telling him what I really thought. I’m very disappointed in this horrible customer service.

Bruh. We literally just ordered from you guys and as someone that works fast food it’s literally impossible to mistake a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, a pretzel stuffed with cheese sauce? You guys didn’t specify that the pizza would be made that way and literally what if someone else got that and was allergic for whatever reason. You guys state in the app for that specific pizza, ((Large round pizza with more Pepperoni and Cheese than our Classic pizza, plus a ring of cheese baked into the crust)) no wonder you guys have 3.5 stars goodness and after looking through the other reviews I won’t be coming here I’ll be running from here

I have been here twice, ordering 2 stuffed pizzas with a specific topping on the crusts. Both times I’m so glad I’ve checked the pizzas before leaving the building because they weren’t topped off right. They fixed the problem. This last time, it was the same problem. Except I had to go back into the store twice because they failed to top both off at the same time. Super inconvenient on my end having to wait to be serviced for something they should of done the 1st and the 2nd time. I’m honestly convinced that they don’t read the labels of the pizza and are just handing out pizzas without checking if they are done. I won’t be returning here for my pizzas anymore.

I called the store to place my order because the website does not have the option to add garlic and Parmesan to the whole pizza. I spoke with Joseph and he was very pleasant and informative. However when I got home, I noticed that not only did my pepperoni extra most best pizza not have garlic and Parmesan any where on the pizza, but it was also missing pepperonis. I called and spoke with Madison to make her aware. Her response was “That’s our bad”. While the crazy puffs were amazing, I would not visit this location due to inability to pay attention to detail.

Got their special two large 1 topping for $4.99 what a deal! Very generous on topping, clean store, though a bit hard to find. It’s tucked the gas station. My wife and ate dinner during the football game and hand plenty of leftover!

1st picture is of one I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was a delivery and over an hour late. Horrible pizza. 2nd pic of of tonight. I ordered a pepperoni and I got a burnt cheese pizza. Requested 2 sides of ranch which they charge for and didn’t get my ranch. I have tried to call them several times. The first few it would ring but nobody would answer. The last few times I was pushed to voicemail. Unbelievable. This place has gone down hill.

I ordered the ExtramostBest Pepperoni, Slice-N-stix, and thin crust pepperoni pizza. I didn’t get a thin crust pizza and on top of that, one of the pizzas that I received was not even cut. I called the store 5 times which all resulted in voicemails after the rings.
