I’ve never been told , they would not take my order, to come back in hour
Very poor management, staff needs to be trained, that the customer is paying their salaries

Ordered online girl said ready In 20 minutes ,waited for almost an hour for delivery. Noone called to say delayed or a anything,.my granddaughter got it and it was cold d wasn’t cut properly so therefore I didn’t get to enjoy the cheese hot. Wo t order again. On February 7,2025 I ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni and an extra most bestest sausage both pizzas were raw and the sausage pizza only had a total of 6 pieces of sausage right in the middle of the pizza if I had wanted cheese pizza I would have ordered one I have pictures of both pizzas when they arrived both pizzas were not only raw but ice frozen cold

I mean it’s cheap pizza. It taste like cheap pizza. The staff is usually a bunch of kids that barely know which way is up. Never have pizzas ready when I go up there. Always a little dirty, the kids aren’t of the overly ambitious variety and tend to lean more to the rude side.

Never had an issue at any other locations except this one. Very unprofessional service from the manager on staff, and I was in the store for over an hour after ordering online for just one pizza. In the lobby there were several other customers having the same problem with both unprofessionalism from the manager with no transparency on the timeline of orders. Could not recommend this location to anyone.

This location never has any hot-n-ready’s available. They let the lobby fill up with customers and don’t come up to wait on them. I finally had to just place a regular order after waiting over an hour for the hot-n-readys that never got made. I won’t be back!

Absolutely never had a problem with this place until tonight. If I tell the store employee that I want a pizza made a certain way BEFORE IM CHARGED and ASSURED that it will be done, pay the bill, then when I get my food it should be carried out. Absolutely very unhappy with this place tonight. Don’t go to this store after 9 because their disregard for customer satisfaction is apparent.

I called ahead and asked if I downloaded and used the App would I be able to customize my order? I was told no, but I wanted the $2.00 off coupon. So I told them I would be ordering through the App, and when you see my name, do not add much sauce. After 15 minutes, I walk in the store which was chaotic. I asked if my pizzas were ready and clerk said yes, but before he handed them to me in walked a man who walked to the counter and asked if his pizzas were ready. He was told yes. Apparently he and I ordered the same 2 pizzas. The fella tried to pay, but the employee insisted he didn’t owe anything. The man insisted he owed for his pizzas as he called them in and did not use the App. I told the employee, I believed he may have our orders confused as I prepaid through the App, and per the guy his was a call-in order. The worker told me it was not my concern. The guy insisted one more time he owed for the two pizzas, but the employee stressed, I don’t know what to say, but your pizzas are paid for. Now, when I asked if my pizzas were ready, he said yes, but you owe for them. I said no I do not. I ordered through the App and pre-paid. I told him, that through all the chaos, you got our orders confused. I took out my phone and showed him the receipt. All of this took place in front of other customers. He then proceeded to yell out loud and call for the male manager by name. Once again, I had to explain the entire situation and prove I had indeed paid for my pizza. Not one time did the manager or the employee apologize to me. Worst service ever.
