Don’t even bother with this location. Tried it out again. Same result. After waiting over 10 minutes for suppose to be fresh food.. it’s always burly. Pizza dry even the stuff Crust my goodness. Plus not even cheese in the puffs. Just forget this location ENTIRELY SW 89th and Western, 73159

I just have an issue with the fact that I order a pizza and some bread sticks and hour in advance to make sure its ready by the time I pick it. Get there and have to wait an extra 15 minutes and my pizza was still wrong. Supposed to be a Preztel stuffed crust with cheese sauce. Got a regular stuffed cheese pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni. Dry as all could be. Fresh.. but still dry.. probably won’t be back..

Really crappy manager and service. I accidentally put extra sauce instead of extra cheese on my online order so when I picked my pizza up to eat it, all my toppings fell off and on top of that the pizza was cold due to how much sauce they put on it And when I called up there to let them know, they wouldn’t remake the pizza and they refuse to make it They said that there was a price difference and I told her I would even take a regular pizza without extra cheese. Just something I can eat, and they still refuse to do it.

I ordered five orders of the cheese steak bites and when I bid into it, there was plastic inside of the bite so I’m taking a back to the restaurant then one of my other employees also notice that there was hair in hers. I talked to the manager Kim and she was very hateful and not respectful at all. I need a district manager to give me a call because this is absurd, and her attitude sucks as a manager. I had to proof in front of me and she made it seem like I was just lying and trying to get free food. I already paid for my food and it’s literally sitting in front of me. I had to go back four times to get it right do not recommend.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Little Caesars. I picked up a pizza expecting the usual quick and decent meal, but by the time I got home and opened the box, it was completely burnt. The crust was rock hard, the cheese was scorched, and the whole thing was nearly inedible. I tried to salvage it, but it was so overcooked I ended up having to throw it away.
I understand things get busy, but quality control matters—especially when customers are trusting you with their time and money. I hope this was just a one-off mistake, but it definitely made me think twice about coming back.

I visited this little ceasers on Tuesday may 7th 2024 at about 1:30 pm. I ordered the 2 for Tuesday deal. I’ve been to other stores and every time I’ve gone it’s always included the free crazy bread. When the lady told me the price it was higher than I was used to paying I asked her what the extra charge was and she informed me it was for the crazy bread and that they do not uphold the promotion. However when I received my receipt it was ripped perfectly across to where I couldn’t see the pizzas/ promotion I’d ordered. I asked her for a new receipt and saw that I was charged for both the promotion aswell as a crazy bread drink combo while I only recieved one crazy bread. I have never heard of a franchise not allowing corporate promotions but still charging customers form them. The managers attitude on top of it mad it a very poor experience I feel lied to and stolen from
