Great location with amazing customer service… I purchased a deep dish pepperoni and the cheese steak puffs… The food was fresh and really good for sure… Those items are definitely a must try ♥️

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pizza was completely inedible. I dont like leaving bad reviews. But my children and I all have covid and were already having a rough day..
My dad was nice enough to pick us up a pizza and leave it at the door. While getting food ready for myself and the kids, I realized it was dough and mush. Started to debate if I put it in the oven if it would help(it didnt) I called told them the pizza was inedible and I may try to throw it in the oven to see if it can be rectified, and was told the only thing that can be done is to bring it back and have it redone. Again, we are all still contagious, and that would require me to load up both kids with us all having covid and bringing a box back to a food establishment, knowing it has been exposed to covid. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do absolutely anything without taking the box back. So, exposing more patrons and staff to covid? How does that meet safety standards?
I proceeded to ask her, “So were all out of luck and options here?” And SHE HANGS UP ON ME.
My dad called since he had the receipt, and she argued with him, saying, “I told her it was burnt.” Why would I put it in the over if it was burnt? So she wasn’t even listening to me when I was explaining the situation. My dad is high risk and won’t be picking it up and taking it back, and I’m not going to put no telling how many people are at risk over a pizza box.
They offered absolutely no apology, and as a mom at home with covid with two sick babies, a simple “My apologies” would’ve helped. While reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one who’s had to deal with raw pizzas.

Hate to give such a bad rating cause I really enjoy little ceasers, I think it’s one of the best pizzas. When made with some quality, I think the ingredients are great but throwing a pizza together is not the way. A little effort goes a long way. But my main complaint is I order ahead online a custom order. Seems to be difficult to get this right. But I like a stuffed crust extra cheese half pepperoni half sausage with light sauce and well done. I know it’s a bit of an order but that pizza is amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. Makes me want it. But rarely is it made how I order it. Last time I was there an employee told me they didn’t even read the ticket just started making whatever they thought. Baffled me I was told that but she said she was making a new one. So I waited for it. Thanked them and took it home. Still wasn’t right but at that point it is what it is…. Shown are photos of great one, good one, okay one, and a sloppy one that was delivered.

Food was terrible the bread sticks were so hard and burnt my dogs didn’t even want to eat them. The pizza was so so and whoever the gentlemen was that was working the drive thru was rude. The customer service was a complete joke. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Havent been shot or stabbed in the waiting room corral yet, so that’s a plus. The service is in and out, no asking if I want a car wash or cash back. The pizza, c’mon! Straight . The parking is bullshit though

Rude employees I was super nice and they acted like I was an inconvenience and the pizza they gave me was dry with Burnt spots that has no sauce and was just plain old. I will waste gas to avoid this location from now on

This place is an American staple, cheap, Fast, and Filling. This place deserves double though for its excellent service and speed and it’s amazing team who pours love into the pizzas and the crazy sauce is still crazy.
I would avoid classic pizzas though unless you’re really desperate. The extra most bestest pizzas are the best and those crazy puffs are yum.

I called the location an ordered a pineapple pizza with stuffed crust. (My favorite) the person on the phone took my order and told me when it would be ready. I arrived very punctually and it picked up my pizza right when they said it would be ready! I took it home, hot and delicious. I’ve been here before and ordered this same Pizza and probably will again. Thank you to the employees of Little Caesars for prompt delicious service!
