Called in an order and went to pick it up. But they gave it to someone else who came back in the store to return it after getting almost home and the counter person tried to give me the returned pizza instead of making new ones. Took a long time to remake it and then get home and it looks like this. Inches of crust!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a specialty pizza and was told it would be ready in about 5 minutes. After standing there for over 20 minutes, I finally asked about it. That’s when I found out my pizza had been sitting in the warmer the whole time—completely forgotten. The employee at the counter was too busy messing around with his coworkers to even notice. To make it worse, when he asked if I wanted marinara sauce and I told him it was supposed to come with the pizza, he admitted he was “just being lazy.” I couldn’t believe it. By the time they handed it to me, the pizza was cold and honestly pretty gross, but I didn’t have time to wait any longer. I left feeling frustrated and let down. I won’t be ordering from this place again. The lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable.

Walked in at 7:00 and ordered a pizza with puff bites was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Sat there for 30 mins listening to the drama unfold with the love triangle going on with the employees. When asking about my food got a rude answer from the child worker. Wouldn’t recommend coming back. Pizza wasn’t even cut.

Ordered three pizzas When I got home the three do you mind meat was just a plain pepperoni. The jalapeño and pepperoni had raw jalapeños throw on top of a hot and ready not even cooked the pepperoni we got it was good at least they offered to remake the three meats just takes about 30 minutes back-and-forth. I would say check orders before you leave.

I have visited this location a few times and the food is never what is expected. It’s ready but never hot. Tonight I checked before I left and asked if I could wait for something a little fresher. The young lady in the drive thru was so friendly, polite, and accommodating. She asked me to park in front and she would bring it out in 10 minutes. She did exactly that. It wasn’t that she did it. It was the she did it and was over the top nice about it. Young lady all 5 stars go to you ❤️❤️

Pizza is TERRIBLE its like they make a bunch of pizza when they open and they just sit until someone comes get. I just left there girl was sick and didnt want to make us sick by checking if it was fresh I said I would wait ……. and still got what looks like day old pizza. Sad we are sad
