Ordered dinner at 5:24pm went into the store at 5:47pm. Was told my order would be up anytime. My “pretzel” pizza was not stuffed with the cheese like it was supposed to be, was already done and just sitting there, and really wasn’t pretzel at all as they just salted the whole dang pizza. At 6:05 the lady up front asks about my wings and tells me a few more minutes. At 6:18 the wings are ready and my order is bagged up only to walk out to my car to realize they didn’t even sauce the wings I waited 30 minutes for. They also didn’t give me my brownie I ordered, so I had to ask for that as well. In the almost hour I waited for my order I saw them serve probably 20 customers. This is the worst food experience I’ve had in Harrah. The pizza was disgusting due to being completely covered in salt. My money would have been better used if thrown into the trash. I will never be back.

Super Friendly and customer service oriented. They should definitely get rid of the drive thru speaker because they don’t use it and it’s confusing. They should post a sign that says they will take our order at the window since that’s what they do. But I feel like it is like this at most little Caesars

This is the second time I’m a row I have ordered pizza with NO sauce, and incomes covered in sauce. I also ordered a surpreme pizza with NO mushrooms and it also was covered in them. Tried calling the store multiple times for it to only ring until the phone disconnected. I will try calling again later to maybe speak with their manager.

Probably the worst pizza place I’ve been to. Wrong order everything, cold and undercooked. This order was supposed to be a pretzel crust but it wasn’t, stuffed crust pepperoni but it was a thin crust and the 3 meat was just nasty.

Once in a while my family and I like variety so we choose pizza and Little Caesars is a good place to get fresh hot food when I don’t what to heat up the house using the stove on this very warm evenings. It’s summertime folks .

We had ordered online and it said that it would be ready at 6:10. I went through the drive-thru at 6:10 and it wasn’t ready. I went back through the drive thru at 6:17 and waited in front of the window for THIRTY minutes holding up the line. Finally, a manager came out and told me one of his team members “gave” the pizza away. He said for me to pull up in front of Little Caesars and he would bring it out to my car. Funny enough, I walked in and they were just now making my pizza. The way the situation was handled it was very suspicious and considering I was in the front of the line and window for 30 minutes I don’t think they “gave it away.” I think they did not make it or just plain forgot but I don’t know how considering I pulled up at 6:10. I didn’t get my pizza until 7:07 which was AN HOUR waste of my time and my money. The back team members were smiling and laughing the whole time as well… I hate to sound like a Karen but this is just absolutely ridiculous. Dominoes down the street it is from now on.

I don’t leave reviews very often, but this place never has anything ready and it’s always a 20-30 minute wait. Considering the only reason to eat Little Caesars is the hot and ready, I don’t really know how this one stays in business.

Worst wait time forever I waited through 5, 3 minutes songs and they allow people with bigger orders to sit at the window vs having them park up up front by door and to top it off they forgot what I ordered by the time I got to the window normally I have patients and trust my I’m a mom of 2 angry toddlers and a new born! Not saying they are terrible location but they could do better!!! Hope you choose to make a difference soon!!!!!
