Her customer service will make me NEVER ORDER AT THIS PLACE AGAIN I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS AND THE WAY SHE TREATS AND HANDLES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I have never left a review but I feel this needs to be addressed and my pizza was not as requested even after calling to make sure!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
The only reason they even got 1 star is BECAUSE I HAD TO.
everytime I go to this location( because their the closest to my house) my pizza is made wrong and I alaways end up having to wait 15-20 minutes on a pizza that was made WRONG.
If you do end up going here CHECK YOUR PIZZA before you pull off. I alaways get the garlic and Parmesan sauce lightly and EVERYTIME someone walks my food out to me they ALWAYS forget to put it on there after I’ve already sat and waited on my “hot and ready” pizza, I then have to go back in the store and have them add it.
I called the store right now and told them I wanted my food remade because of course the sauce wasn’t on there and there was literally NO pizza sauce on my sausage. It was SO dry and she said they couldn’t remake my order.

Never have a problem at this little Caesar’s, they always try their best to help the customers. I’ve noticed that some of the customers are real disrespectful to those poor kids. I hope they know they don’t have to be stuck there forever wish them the best in life. Other than that I love this location.

Absolutely livid. It took 30 minutes to get this instead of the 10-12 they quoted. Then, they hand me the wings container which I can feel absolutely zero warmth from. I confronted them about it and they assured me they were fresh from the oven. They said they could re-make fresh ones but it’d be an additional 15 mins so I said no I’d just take them. I get home literally 5 minutes later and open the box, they are completely COLD. As shown in the picture, one pizza was totally saturated in grease and the other pizza which I paid extra sauce for had hardly any. The biggest waste of $28. I tried calling multiple times regarding the issue but nobody will answer the phone.

Worker gave me attitude when I told him I had a mobile order and I got handed the saddest pizza I’ve seen little caesers make to date then the worker had to dig through other pizzas before going to the back and handing me the pizza in the picture, and my crazy bread was crazy raw.

The food is generally ok but the service at this location is horrible. I sat at the speaker several minutes with no one acknowledging I was there, after a few minutes I said hello, again no answer, said hello is anyone there several times before giving up and pulling straight to the window. The employee was there with the headset on choosing to just ignore people. If you don’t want customers then don’t work. I was literally the only person there so he wasn’t distracted by anything. This has happened too many times so I just won’t be going back, I don’t have time to sit and wait for him to decide to do his job.

My pizza was not done all the way and it has too many toppings. I didn’t ask for extra and it’s not appetizing when everything falls off soggy dough. There’s too much on it that not even crisping it worked. Very poor and disgusting. Way too much grease as well.

Ordered at the speaker box, no one was in front of me so was able to pull right up…. Waited 13 minutes for someone to come to the window to get my money, a few minutes later they gave me my change and a minute after that my pizza. Got home (1 mile away) and not only did my kids fight over the size of the extremely uneven slices but I also had to get a knife and finish cutting through this cold pizza.
