The orders keep coming out awful, they literally split a large dough ball and used each ball for a “deep dish” which are flat. The large pizzas are at times raw and huge crust edges with no cheese

Well to start I should have read the reviews before I stopped by. I live in Fort Smith but was passing through VB and kids were hungry so I decided to stop by. From starters the girl who took my order( Jetcybel C.) stated that if I wanted a classic pepperoni I’d have to wait 45 minutes! I asked if there was a different classic pizza option and she said sausage and cheese. I tell her I’ll do the classic sausage and lo and behold she turns around and charges me over $9 for supposedly a most bests pizza. Gave her a $10 and decided to open the box and it has a few depressing pieces of sausage! We parked and wife went inside to talk to her saying that we got charged extra for a pizza that looked like crap and she said that’s how they make them there with an attitude! I’ll be contacting manger and corporate!

First time trying the one in Van Buren and it’s terrible. I should have read the reviews first. The people are rude and the food is not made properly. The hot and ready pizza is supposed to have fluffy crust, when we got our pizzas, they both had flat and discolored crust. I’m honestly surprised this location is still up and running. If you’re not wanting to just waste your money, drive to the one on Towson Ave. The people there are sweet and they know how to actually make your food.

The **Little Caesars in Van Buren** is surprisingly good! The pizza here is always fresh, hot, and honestly better than some of the other Little Caesars locations I’ve tried. I’d even say the quality beats the Pizza Hut in town, it just tastes better and feels more consistent. Great place for a quick, affordable meal that actually hits the spot!

Let me start by saying long time fan of Little Caesars. Now bad news hate this location we ordered a sausage pizza and it was very doughy , very spicy, the cheese was not even melted. They didn’t want to replace the pizza last night but waited today to give money back.. So we wound up cooking anyway after a long day… This place i would never recommend to anyone…

First off go in ask about the classic hot and ready pizza you ordered online 30 minutes earlier (because they don’t have them ready anymore) and you are told that it will be 30 more minutes the voice your displeasure and the lady at the counter say oh well, and is just rude; then you finally get your pizza take it to the car and it is not cooked still raw. So rather than go back in and wait and wait another hour you just take it home and cook it, and cut it properly! This place is the WORST Little Caesars I have ever encountered!!!! Would not recommend what so ever.

Showed up on time and still had to wait 10 minutes to get my order. I know this due to calling my wife at 1645, 4 minutes after time shown on receipt, and still sat in waiting room another 5 minutes. Then my order was not filled correctly!!! Got my pizza but had to remind them about my 2 liter, and since by then I was irked and in hurry I didn’t notice I never got my crazy bread and dipping sauce. Very Disappointed. Only 2 stars because food was hot and tasted good.
