Great location, parking is limited. Store has a great variety of flavors including vegan ice cream. Is Ben & Jerry’s ice cream so overall I would find it hard to complaint. I have been there several times and the staff is also friendly. Downside is the limited space and mostly applies to the winter months. Good flavors, good ice creams. Recommend

Great spot to grab and creamy ice cream and enjoy the skyline! They have a great choice and Ben & Jerry’s flavors and the portions are rather large too! Store is really cute, but indoor seating is more for 1-2 people, so enjoy it outside if you are in a group. Staff is really helpful and welcoming as you will see from other reviews here.

Honestly I asked for a cone and it ended up in a cup because they are selling melted ice cream in river road . I tell the girl with pink hair why is it melted she says I don’t know . This is the best testy ice cream in the area. You’re allowed to taste test any flavor and the employees are very nice. Been here 4 times and love it. The area around the store is beautiful too.

If you’re going to have just one person doing everything — taking orders, payments? scooping ice cream, and managing online pickups — then online ordering probably shouldn’t be offered. Five people shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for ice cream. That said, the staff member was amazing — super efficient and kind under pressure. He handled it all impressively, but no one should be expected to carry that kind of load alone. Please consider better support for your team and your customers.

Hi! I’m a Ben&Jerry’s addict and Google confirms that my neighborhood shop is 364 ft away ! With young, cheerful staff, our visits are all year round. Winter? No probs-get me Americone Dream and some extra cones.

I used to love going to this Ben & Jerry’s but it has gotten ridiculous. The prices have increased but the portions have decreased. Ice cream should never be more expensive than a full meal! Not only am I receiving significantly less for my buck, but also have to deal with rudeness? Usually, the employees are fine, but this last time, the two men that were working were inattentive, just standing around while people were waiting to pay and order, then made a joke about locking the doors 4 hours before closing time. Truly saddened since I love Ben & Jerry’s but not worth going here when you can get a pint or a box of ice cream from ACME for half the price, without the rude service, and still sit by the water.
