Both times I went here, I picked up the pizza in the portal from ordering online. The process is easy and seamless. I like the look of the building. Seems that it was a bank at one time. Feels good to walk in, get the pizza, and walk out in about 2 minutes or so.

I order meat lovers stuffed crush. The pizza was not left in oven long enough. It was still doughy. Then they asked me bring it back up there to make another. Some people live to far be driving round trips for pizza. Why not give store credit.

Experience was terrible. I ordered a DeepDish Pepperoni and I got this thin pizza with thick crust on the outside. And the the other bad part was a friend order Italian Cheese Bread and it looked the same way just without the Pepperonis. Yall need to do some training or something. The lady/worker was high, slurring while talking, kept asking us our names and what was on our orders like she was so high she couldn’t remember what we just said nor could she appear to function right. I will ensure to tell people not to go to this location.

I placed a mobile order expecting to pick it up through the drive-through, as that seemed like an option in the app. After waiting about 10 minutes in the drive-through line with no other customers around, the employee at the window told me my order was for the “portal” and that it wasn’t ready yet. She said she couldn’t give it to me through the window, so I had to go inside. As I entered the store, I saw an employee coming from the back carrying my order. She placed it somewhere—I assume it was the portal. I went to the counter, gave my name, and was told, “It’s in the portal.” I asked what that meant since I’d never used it before. She said I needed a code. When I asked where to get the code, she shrugged and just repeated that I needed one. No explanation, no help—just a blank stare. I explained that I didn’t have a code and didn’t know how to get one. Still, no assistance. I then asked about the drink and sauces I ordered. She told me I had to retrieve the pizza first before she could get the rest. After talking to another worker, she finally took my pizza out of the portal and handed it to me, then grabbed my drink and one sauce. When I asked about the second sauce I had ordered, she rolled her eyes, checked the ticket, and reluctantly gave me the missing item. There were no other customers in the store or the drive-through the entire time, yet the staff acted indifferent and unhelpful throughout the process. The lack of communication and poor attitude left me extremely frustrated. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ordering from Little Caesar’s again—especially at this location.

The food is the only reason for 4 stars. Really don’t even deserve that. But my experience was not well at all. First, as I pulled to the cashier at the window she instantly asked what I ordered. It’s only 2 cars in the drive thru… so anyway I tell her my order and two other employees, (one looked to be a manager wearing a gray shirt) were cursing at each other very loudly to make my son say “ ohhh daddy they said bad words, they must be mad at each other”.

Took a while (about 30-40 minutes) to get my food. I went through the drive thru and they said they’d bring it out but I had to go in and pick it up. The girl working there was going back and forth between the drive thru and the walk ins so I guess they only had a couple people working. Food was lukewarm at best when I finally got it.
