Went there to pick up my step daughter- sitting in the parking lot, I observed an employee smoking directly outside the lobby door, foul mouthed talking to what appeared to be a friend. Mind you this employee was immediately coming into contact with other customers coming into the parking lot-entering and leaving the lobby. Where is the standard? Where is management? How can you provide decent customer service/experience in the lobby when a customers first experience is a foul mouthed, smoking employee is at the entrance? Do better!!

Ordered 2 times in a row a stuffed crust pretzel pizza with cheese sauce and received wrong item each time. The pizza has salt added to top and by the temp of it(barely warm) it was a pizza not picked up and just had salt thrown on it. Tried to call the first time and no one answered and this time it was a rude girl saying thats how it’s made now and hung up on me. Not going back and will be contacting corporate and health department about an inspection on this location. Dirty store, employees touching phones then food without washing hands, and my favorite someone dropping a container on the floor then picking it up and putting on the counter where they are prepping pizzas. Great food but not hot and ready! The three cheese stuffed bread sticks were very good but not very hot. BBQ wings were meaty and extremely delicious. Loved the sauce. Plenty of it. Had to pull around the building and wait and wait like a few other vehicles. Whatever happened to hot and ready???

The drive thru is slow even if you are ordering a hot and ready and they tell you its ready now, you will still sit and wait for a very long time! Its hands down the worst Little Caesars ever!!!

Gave a 1 star a few years ago because of customer service, slow drive thru,and terrible Food prep. Nothing has changed. Stopped by for Hot and Ready pick up during my lunch hour. Received nothing but burnt food. If I wasn’t on my lunch break I would have taken this trash back and asked for my money. I definitely want be visiting anymore and will show everyone why. Horrible service also waited at least 10 minutes for my order when I was the only one in drive thru.

We usually don’t have many problems with this place, but here lately we have had issues with missing sauces with our order and hastily made pizzas. This latest one had a bunch of liquid on the pizza that we assume is jalapeño liquid.

Around 8:30 I go through the drive thru and ask for a hot and ready with just cheese. I had to repeat it 3 times. Lady replies just cheese in a rude undertone. I replied again yes just cheese. She says pull to the window. I pull up to the window and she gives me the total. I give her my card and ask if a just cheese is ready or if I had to wait. She replies it’s right here. I understand it’s Sunday evening you’d rather be elsewhere but having a nasty attitude towards people is unacceptable. Maybe you can get a better job with a better attitude and maybe change the hairstyle to a professional color and style.
I get home and this pizza is just bad. It’s probably been sitting for hours. I wasn’t dare going to ask her to make a fresh one. Definitely will not return to this establishment.

This is my second day at this location and it’s not even busy at the moment it’s about 6:30 p.m. and they still don’t have this order ready. Everybody they hire at this location sucks they never say hey how u doing and every time I come in here to pick up orders for doordash or Uber eats it’s never ready. Everybody be looking like they don’t want to be at work at this location, and they attitude fits description.Every time I get a doordash order or Uber eats order I wait at the house for 5 minutes just because I know tht they’re slow and when I get there it’s still never ready. They are the slowest Little Caesars I have ever seen in my life and don’t let it be busy. oh my you better go to another closer location.
