Every time I come to this location everyone is really nice. The woman with short blonde hair is always great. I wanted to add her name to this review but my daughter threw away the receipt in excitement over the pizza. Embarrassing.
This last visit I ordered a pepperoni hot and ready plus wings. The original and buffalo are my favorite. They taste even better the next day after getting them crispy in the air fryer. The pizza was fresh out the oven.

The pizza is okay, but it always takes FOREVER. Even if you only order hot and ready, I swear I always have to pull around and wait for like 30+ minutes. And they aren’t very friendly.

We were sitting in the parking lot trying to decide what we wanted. Which takes forever when more than one person is involved. One of the employees came out to make sure he had missed our order. I finally put our order in from my app. We were waiting in the parking lot. A different employee was also working the front counter. Within 5 minutes of placing my order online, this employee came out to make sure they had not missed our order. I’m really proud of them. Great customer service for checking on their customers! The stuffed crust pizza’s we ordered was very good also.

I’m not sure what the point is the drive thru is. They always make you pull up the window to order or even if you are able to order at the window, you have to repeat it again and THEN they start your order. You have to park and wait EVERY TIME! order the hot and ready, and it’s never ready. I don’t go here because it’s the best pizza ever. I go here to feed the kids fast. The pizza is mediocre at best. The service is ok, they try to make up for the wait. But, it’s also their lackadaisical work that causes the wait in the first place.

Absolute opposite of hot and ready. Ordered 1 sausage pizza with only one car ahead of me in the drive through and it’s been over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting in my car. Guy who took the order apologized after 20 minutes of waiting and said the manager is lazy and said “she will get to your pizza when she can” 10/10 will never come to this location again. Got ice cream before we came here and is now completely melted and we still don’t have pizza. Management needs a complete overhaul.

It was hot and ready, but it was just a little off (smell of sausage and flavor). It wasn’t bad, but somehow just seemed like even cheaper ingredients. I ONLY went because i was in a pinch for dinner. I’m not sure I’ll do that again. The service was quick. They weren’t friendly, but they weren’t rude. They were just rushing to speak to each other I think. They do have Pepsi products!
