Ordered 2 pizzas. Both were burned, cheese and crust. The cardboard box was softer than the crust, and probably tastier. They were also stone cold, and I was only 5 minutes later than the app said they were ready. I wish I would have checked before I left store. Terribly disappointed.

I want a refund this pizza we got a regular cheese and pepperoni tastes like it’s been baked in chemicals. Had a weird taste to it like the dishes or pans have not been cleaned right or cleaner still on it… glad only took a small bite of that.. Never will go back to here again!

This location has taken a turn for the worse over the last year. I stopped by to pick up a pizza a couple of weeks ago and was told that there was a 40 minute wait. I left. We used the app last night to order ahead – one ultimate supreme, one “slices and stix” half pepperoni, half cheese sticks. The supreme was undercooked and was shorted on ingredients. The slices and stix was passable. I won’t be using this location any more.

UPDATE: Went back to store. The pizza is supposed to be a deep dish, 3 meats. Crispy sides….8 pieces….I talked to team and was told because half was eaten they could not do anything ( forget about it being raw). Not sure when half of 8 equals 6. Maybe the reason why the pizza is round and not square?? IDK.. I talked to GM, no help. And apparently the director was there. Was told I met him but not sure when. He obviously didn’t want to help. I understand policy but be a little professional and stand by your product….honor your policy. And for goodness sake learn division.

Service was slow, apparently someone didn’t show up for a shift. I got to watxh my order sit on the counter cloae to 5 minites while a young staff member looked dor sauce cups. My order was correct although the pizzas had a slight fermented smell from the cruat. As well as my crazy bread was dried out and hard indicating that it was far drom freah. They seem to be struggling a lil bit as they had a large order waiting as well.

Did an order at 9:50 pm on a Saturday night through the app, I showed up at the window and the employee said that they were already closing down, I said don’t you close at 12? He said yes.
I ordered a Detroit style one with pepperoni the other with sausage and jalapenos..20 min later he brought it out and it was under cooked and wrong, the entire thing was pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos…the sides were this and under cooked, the underside was undercooked…typical for ascension parish…worst
