Placed an order at the amite location. By the time I got home to feed the kids someone had ate one of the pizzas and replaced it with a regular pepperoni pizza!!!! That is not what I payed for!! Tampering with food is illegal!!
UPDATE: The general manager Brittany called me to ask about more information and requested I take down my review. She stated that the piece moved while cooking. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE ITS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR CRUST, SIZE AND TYPE OF PIZZA. I will not take down this review. People can take from it what they want from it. Those that agree can agree and those that think it’s the same pizza can, but it was not. I don’t appreciate being talked down to and made to seem like I’m a lier. She also stated that Ive never had problems before, well sometimes you never have problems until YOU DO.

I am a frequent customer, but the experience I had on today at 7pm was unacceptable. After a 10-hour workday, I placed a specific order for my children. Despite the order being repeated back to me correctly over the phone and being given a 15-minute estimate, the following occurred:
Excessive Wait: A promised 15-minute wait turned into nearly an hour.
Lack of Communication: I was told ‘5 more minutes’ multiple times, only to later find out the order hadn’t even been made correctly
Poor Food Quality: After waiting an hour for a remake, the order was still incorrect.
Unprofessional Conduct: When I addressed the error, the staff’s response was dismissive.
As a customer, I expect basic competence and courtesy. This level of service is a deterrent to the community. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent further loss of business.

Pizza was good. Paid $38 for 4 large pizzas. A bit much, but also very reasonable. I ordered on the phone, and they were ready in about 20 mins. Just enough time to pick up. The lady on the phone was very nice, and while talking to me, she was telling the people in the kitchen what I was ordering to make it a faster time. Thank y’all!

The cashier who I spoke to, Megan, was very kind to me. But unfortunately, that’s where my compliments with this establishment end. I overheard the manager yelling at people in the back, and every employee that I’d encountered seemed stressed out. I felt so sorry for them all. It was also very clearly understaffed for the amount of customers that I saw in there. I ended up having to wait 30 minutes for my pizza, and it was cold by the time I got it. I don’t blame the employees for any of this, but management clearly needs to be improved.

Call and ordered 3 pizzas. Got there 30 minutes later and none of our pizzas were made. Both employee look high. Someone needs to go check on their business and clean house today. She wasn’t even coherent enough to communicate. After a few minutes she said they could make our pizzas but we declined.

Can’t believe any prepared food place would actually send prepared food out without sealing it but we Ordered delivery from door dash neither box was sealed and both drinks missing not only had to throw both away uneaten had to spend another $30.00 just to have something else delivered

As always. Pizza is great. I ordered a pan pizza but not sure if it is a pan pizza. The crust is a little thin. Last time i got a pan it was square an super thick crust the way i like pizza. But it is good.
