It was exciting for our small town to be getting a new option when it comes to pizza. With the loss of our Papa John’s there hasn’t been lots of choices. Once the place opened me and my coworkers gave it a shot. Got our meals and an extra pizza plus cheese/crazy bread. Yeah we’re fatties. It was good, hot and tasty. LC is a bit heavy on the crust and sauce but it’s still good pizza especially for the price. Menu is not extensive but that’s not the goal here.
You’re not going here for overly seasoned/spiced gourmet pizza. You’re going here for cheap average pizza you pick up on the go. Which is exactly what it is. I’ve since gone back for a the $5 lunch box which is a lot of pizza for one person (4 squares) and a drink. And a second time to pick up a pizza from their Pizza Portal, which allows you to pay ahead of time walk in and get your pizza once it’s ready just by entering a code into a futuristic holding cell for your cheesy prisoner. The staff pretty much matches most service in the area which is hit and miss. All in all, glad to have a new contender back in the city.

Well first there was a mess up but new employees so that happens the employees that have been there made it right Caleb made it easy to fix my order was kind and courteous and Carolina made me the best stuffed crust cheese pizza ever it was so good we ate three pieces before took a picture

I dont even know where to begin. The customer service at this location is horrible. I am beyond shocked. The manager that I had to deal with was so unprofessional, I dont even know how he became a manager. Th employees were more worried about messing around and having attitudes then doing there jobs. I didnt even want the food after dealing with them. But I still went home with it. I am just beyond shocked. The picture below was how my pizza was cut. I spent $36.33 on 3 pizzas and bread sticks which I think is kinda expensive and the food was not even good it was cold and stale. The bread sticks were harder then a brick. I wouldn’t recommend this place and the only reason why is because of the staff.

Was charged incorrectly. Clearly says on their menu board that a thin crust pepperoni is 7.99. I was charged $11.31 before tax. When I asked, I was told the 7.99 price was cheese only, the additional $2+ was to add pepperoni. Wasn’t happy with the answer. I feel they knowingly overcharged me and weren’t going to do anything about it. If not that, their management team is failing at either training and pricing updates, and menu board clarity (false info). I don’t live around here, so I won’t be returning to this location when I come back to town.

It took 10 minutes to greet me, the employees acted like I didn’t exist. I ordered, it took forever, and they gave me pizza crust cut up and seasoned with garlic butter to pass as crazy bread. It’s greasy, flat, and disgusting!! This is the worst Little Ceasars I’ve ever been to. I’m highly disappointed.

They seem to be very rushed and unenthusiastic about making Pizzas neatly. They are always cut unevenly. This last time the pizza was thick on one side, thin on the other. Also DO NOT get mushrooms. They are rubbery canned mushrooms, not fresh.

Staff is always kind and quick. The pizza looks and tastes like it was made the previous Monday. I always assume it will be better the next time, and it never is. Order your food fresh at this location. Never do “hot and ready”.

I ordered a specific pizza. Went to pick it up and while I was waiting for my order to be ready, I noticed how very dirty this establishment is. Kind of grossed me out. They hand me my order, and I say thanks and drive home. When I get home and open the box, it’s wrong. I ordered several specific toppings, and presume I paid for said toppings. Not happy to open the box to find a plain old pepperoni pizza. I didn’t complain because I’m not going to drive back across town again. On a side note, their wings are tiny from like cornish hens or something. Not eorth the money. So basically with the dirty restaurant, and them not paying very close attention to my order, I’d rather go somewhere else next time.
