Ya’ll do not pay the sweet angel who has my sub memorized enough! I get the viral pregnancy sub and she just absolutely gets it. So worth the money spent and service is impeccable. I went there last night and almost died of laughter when she knew EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, I wanted to just tip her but it wasnt possible so i just overtipped. Employees like this make the experience so much better. Give that girl a RAISE! I’ll always come back to this location ❤️

First time there my husband and I got sandwiches to go and they were yummy and warm! My husband doesn’t care to much for subs but said yes he would come back here. The place was clean they were fast and it was busy!!

The rumors of no customization turn out to be true. Tried to order a simple sandwich but when it became apparent it was going to be a nightmare and great test of patience trying to order something that wasn’t specifically on the menu, I left. Found another restaurant up the street where the employees were competent enough to put 4 ingredients between slices of bread.
Thankfully we have several sandwich shops in town , no need to ever return here.

I’ve ordered quite a bit from here and i always add extra bacon to my #8. I have NEVER gotten extra bacon sometimes its just a piece even. I feel like of iam paying for it I should be getting it. I don’t know why I keep adding it wishing they would apply it but I have never gotten it I don’t understand why.

Tried this location last week and they messed up 2 of the four sandwiches. Not sure why I thought today would be any different. Ordered three things; got two of what we ordered somewhat correct and one wasn’t even close. Completely wrong sandwich, completely wrong size. The tuna giant sandwich had so little tuna I could barely see it on the sandwich. The #13 bowl had the meat of a mini if that. All in all, a crummy experience.

Not very good experience. When we first arrived the lady who takes orders was AMAZING! She was patient and had explained her part of the process. Since we have never been there and it’s new to Albany, we relied on the crew to help us have a great experience, unfortunately that was the opposite of what we got. When it came to the pay part there was some confusion on the process, I could tell the cashier was new, maybe in training, but she also did AMAZING, and was so sweet and so kind and only her and the First Lady had a smile on there face. That made me sad I work in the restaurant industry so to see right away there was no team, just a crew of people doing work. When it came to dressing my kids and my sandwich my daughter and mine were allowed to get dressed up, but when it came to my 2 boys we were waiting and the guy in the back rudely bursted out our name and they didn’t even offer to dress them up, but rather felt shewed out of the restaurant. I was so confused because I didn’t understand what we did wrong? We were new and so confused by the process that is in place. I am glad we got ours to go though because ever available table, and there were about 6, were all dirty! As a manager in a different restaurant this whole place blew my mind. I hope it gets better for others, because what we saw and experienced was embarrassing and confusing and we will never go back. My kids and I were even just hoping it would be better than subway……it’s not and I’m saddened by this.
