Several people in line also observing. When someone finally came to the counter, I asked if was customary to ignore the front counter? I got no reply. I ordered cheese bread and had to then wait another 15 for them to cook. There was only 2 boxes of cheese pizza and a few other items but, to be ignored and disregarded then to pay for said food and hope they didn’t spit in it! And I stop here everytime I go through this area. Very disappointed!
I was suppose to have half cheese only and garlic buttery on the crust!!!
They def dont care here as there not busy!!
And i just noticed they gave me some elses order!!!
I stopped at the Little Caesars inside the Baselman’s Pilot truck stop, planning to order a custom vegetarian personal pan pizza. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes before anyone came up. When the employee finally did, he had a very stoic, unfriendly look on his face. Without a greeting, he tossed his gloves in the trash, stared at me, and then finally said, “So, what’s up?”
That’s not how you greet a customer. I was taken aback, but I still began to place my order. His response—“What do you want on it?”—came across as rude and uninterested. At that point, I decided not to order and walked away.
This experience was enough to change my plans. I’m here for a 34-hour reset and had intended to eat there more than once, but now I won’t be back. My company hauls loads out of JBS in Grand Island, and I’ll be letting other drivers know not to waste their money here. Customer service matters, and this location failed completely.
