They are called Hot N Readys because they are supposed to keep them stocked. Even when we put our order in 45 minutes beforehand, we still have to wait up to 30 minutes. The quality of food is oftentimes lacking as well. Definitely wish they would change something.

Horrible service. Ordered my pizza and some bread sticks, they told me it would be 5-10 minutes so I just figured I would stay. Whilst I stayed I heard them both trash talking me and a customer that they had talked to on a phone. In addition they also were running around the store making weird noises. If you are going to trash talk at least do it while people can’t hear. Pizza was subpar at best. I would not recommend this little Caesars location.

Just don’t go here. Should genuinely just close the doors on this place. First experience, they wouldn’t make any fresh pizza an hour before close and the “hot and ready” was hours old. I would’ve went back for a refund if it hadn’t been snowing. Staff were rude and made us feel unwanted for coming in an hour before close. Didn’t go back for over a year. Today I tried to order online but you can’t pay with cash so I called and had to call 4x before getting an answer. Was told I couldn’t order the pizza we wanted over the phone or in store, only online. I know policies aren’t controlled by staff but clearly they don’t even want peoples business.

I went to place my order and waited patiently for my pizzas only to find out they had not started cooking it and someone then came in 10 min later and ordered and got their food before me which is when the employee realized that my food had not been started yet. I had no complains until I got home and realized that one of the pizzas was the wrong topping. I live 4 towns away and am very disappointed on the service.

Ordered a pizza “hot and ready”. It was anything but hot and ready, the pizza was cold and a 15 minute wait. The employees and manager found it more important to watch videos on their phones. The place is disgusting inside. I won’t ever come back.

Just wanted to say how amazing the guy working today was! I called when I was leaving Springfield from my work it’s a 15 minute drive, I told them I wanted five hot and ready pizzas and he tells me it’s going to be about 25 minutes. I arrive to Little Caesars in Republic after a 15 minute drive and he tells me my pizza is ready to go. Super fast service and a great smile you better promote this young man! Thank you so much for the great service!

I have been to many Little Ceasars (LC) in my life. My family moved to Republic from up north, and we ate LC all the time. We got our order in. I went to the store and sat there and waited while the (what looked like teenagers without a single adult in the store) finished their conversation in the kitchen about something other than work. The atmosphere was that of multiple people waiting patiently trying not to get upset except for one lady who was very angry, and i could see why. So I finally got my pizza almost 20 min after I got the text saying my food was ready. I proceeded home. My family and I started eating, and the pizza was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. I didn’t even finish it. I ate half a slice. We ended up throwing it out.
