The pizza was good. We ordered online and picked it up. You can track your order online through the app. Pizza and breadsticks were hot. They did not skimp on the toppings like some places do. We ordered extra garlic sauce and marinara and they were all in the bag also. Most places forget the sauce and we have to go back inside. Anyway, good experience and we will go back.

I ordered two large pizzas at 9:51 pm and I arrived 15 munutes later. I pulled up right infront of the door and sat there waiting for my order to be placed into the pizza portal, which I could see from my car. I could also see two pizza boxes and a bag of crazy bread on a shelf right next to three warmers. I saw all three items on the shelf when I pulled up. I sat in my car for 15 minutes, which was 10 minutes after the estimated time the app had given me, before I finally saw one of the employees pick up the two boxes that had been sitting on the shelf for 15 minutes and loaded them into the portal that were under my name and order. I sat there and watched my pizza sit on a cold shelf for 15 minutes before it was placed into the warmed pizza portal. I went inside immediately and told them I saw it sitting there this whole time and asked them to remake it. I walked outside and immediately watched them give those same pizzas to another customer for another order, giving them old pizzas. I sat and waiting for 15 more minutes for the two remakes, and in those 15 minutes the bag of crazy bread was still sitting on the cold shelf. I watched an employee pick uo the bag and gester it to another employee, as if asking what to do with it, and then he threw it into one of the warmers. I then saw him serve it to a customer less than two minutes later as a part of her order, giving her bread that had been sitting on a shelf for over 30 minutes. The food quality here is absolutely horrendous and if I wasn’t so hungry, I would have asked for a refund. I can only imagine how long food sits around before they serve it, up to 30 minutes at least from what I have seen with my own eyes. I certainly will not be returning and I recommend others do not as well.

Absolutely horrendous service. No sense of urgency. Waited 20min+ to pick up a DoorDash. People walked in AFTER me, ordered, pizzas had to be made, and they got their food before I got mine. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza looks like they add the hamburger to a pepperoni pizza and recooked it. The crazy bread barley had and seasoning to it looks like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. Plus ordered extra sauce on it. There was barely any on the pizza. I ate 2 slices and called it quits. Will never order from them again. Can’t rate the other 2 cause it was delivered.

My aunt tried ordering two pizzas and she order from the website, and the store let a door dash driver deliver our pizza. And they left one of our pizzas on the counter. When she tried to call the restaurant location, Zach Tod yelled at my aunt and told her that he was to busy and that she should call the door dash support but when we called the door dash support they told us that we needed to call the restaurant back and have them give us our money back or a new pizza. Then when we called the manager he said quote: “I will call the cops if you show up” and refusing to give us any support whatsoever.
I would highly recommend not shopping here and going to pizza hut because their service is much better.

The same owners that run this location also run the 24 and Sterling location, and the Noland location. The staff is worked to death, so expect long wait times. The stores are also disgusting in the front area ( who knows about the back ).But the pizzas are half decent most of the time
