Employees need more training. Pizza and bread stick lack crispness and was soaked in grease. It tastes like eating wet soggy bread… I grew up eating little Ceasars and severely disappointed by what I had tonight. Also saw 3 teenager employees just standing and gossiping when I came in for pickup. Lack of attention to their work prob explain why my Pizza and bread Stix tasted like sht. I I could give a zero stars I would, After ordering online and my schedule pick up and confirmation number, between 839p and 843p I waited for.more than an hour for.them to tell me that my order was not even in their system. I don’t know what’s going on with little Caesar’s lately, missing items delivering wrong items. All I can tell you have lost a customer that’s been going to little Caesar’s since 1991.

I originally went to the 24 hwy location and the staff there was SO RUDE! Telling people to just leave, we don’t wanna hear it, we’ve heard it all. Just don’t order and leave. I then went to the Noland rd location and the difference was night & day. They went out of their way to make my experience better than the other store. Keep up the good work at the Noland road store!!

I came to this little Caesar’s around 10pm with a large ish order. It was only 4 pizzas, 5 crazy breads, and 6 orders of wings and sauce. Not too large but large for what time it is. The girl that was working was in the back and a nice gentleman took our order. I made sure to ask before I even started ordering if it was okay to place a large order considering the time. When he went to the back after taking my order the girl worker got an attitude because it’s close to closing and she even said she doesn’t want to make our order so the gentleman who took my order said he will make it. The girl keep going outside to smoke and do everything but help her coworker. Ridiculous. The gentleman needs a raise because he was so nice and the girl needs an attitude check

I don’t ever leave reviews on anything. But I am genuinely livid over the customer service. I called to get a refund because I admittedly was dummy for ordering at the wrong location. When I called to have it canceled, the gentleman who answered the phone told me he couldn’t cancel it and to do it online (there is no option to btw) and hung up on me. I called twice and each time he hung up because he didn’t want to deal with it. Absolutely ridiculous dude. Start hiring people who actually want to do their job. Hell, I’d work for you guys and provide better service then the one I received.
