This place has the slowest, most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen at a Little Caesars. It breaks my heart typing this out as I have always been a huge supporter of the chain. But I waited over seven minutes (no line in front of me mind you) just for the lady on the PA to take my order in the drive thru. While she’s taking my order, I repeat myself three times because she’s clearly having two conversations at the once. Then, after paying and tipping, I wait over 13 minutes at the window. There’s a line forming behind me so I park and enter the store. The same girl with pink hair that took my order in the drive thru asks if I’d like to place an order. I respectfully remind her that I had placed it through the drive thru and am still waiting on it. I then wait an additional five minutes while listening to the crew in the back swear and knock things over. She finally comes out with my pizza and asks me to pay. This is the same person who took my card at the window mind you. I tell her she already took my payment and she gives me a snarky “no it says right here you haven’t paid yet”. I tell her that she took my payment at the window and she pouts “whatever I don’t even care anymore just take it”. Incredibly rude and childish behavior from the entire staff. Not a single person there was wearing a hair net. The back lot smelled like marijuana. I’m just grateful the food is received was correct. I wish I hadn’t tipped because they did not deserve it. Came and tried out the new $4.99 Sicilian Style Pizza. Though it advertised as “hot and ready” between 4-8. When I arrived at 6:30 or so. There wasn’t any ready. So I had to wait for about 15 mins. The young workers there had great energetic service.

Disappointed! Ordered 2 pizzas (chesse deep dish & pepperoni thin crest) and chicken wings. Cheese deep dish pizza had too much sause and not enough cheese. It was just a mess. Thin crust was burnt and stuck to the box. I couldnt help but laugh. Chicken wings were really tasty but on the small side. These pizzas really shouldnt have passed the quality and left the restaurant. I can’t review service or atmosphere due to being a online/door dash order.

I ordered a pizza from the app when I got it there was a hair on it I pulled the hair out of my mouth after eating it. Contacted them and nothing has been done! It’s been over a month and they keep telling me someone will get back to me.

12pm on a Thursday and no one is answering the drive thru speaker and the door is locked. Sat at the drive thru for 6 min and on hold for longer. But there are people walking around inside, the unprofessionalism to complete ignore customers during business hours is ridiculous. Every time I visit this establishment the wait is ridiculous and customer service is even worse. 0/10 recommend and I will not be back.

I do not recommend this establishment until Managers are retrained or replaced. Here’s the situation.
We ordered the Extramostbestest Italian and when my wife picked it up, she brought the lack of sausage to the attention of a manager (tall, bigger girth, grizzly looking). He stated, with a very nonchalant, whatever attitude, that they never look like the commercials or the ads. I understand that, but a piece of pizza should have more than just 2 pieces of sausage on the very tip of it (see pics). So when she got home and I saw the pizza, I called and spoke to “another” manager. The manager was rude, off putting, and very unprofessional. The Manager wouldn’t give his name because he stated it was for “personal security”. First time I’ve ever had a manager of a company straight out refuse to give their name. He then got very defensive asking why I was “coming at him like that?” I didn’t yell or curse at him, I was simply just asking questions and he gets all bent out of shape. Recommend getting some thicker skin if that was “coming at him” and he fears for his personal security. If you’re a manager…hear the issue, address the issue, and resolve the issue.

I waited over 35 minutes in the drive through and was not even told that I had to wait for an extremely long time. It’s not the first time recently. Last time was 20+ minutes. This is getting worse but be month. Missing bread sticks and 1/4″ thick crust. Probably would not come here or recommend anyone.

I hadn’t eaten Little Caesars in probably 20 years. Mostly because there just weren’t any around me. I went out my way to stop by this location to try the pretzel crust pizza. I watched and read several reviews on the pizza and didn’t have super high expectations. But I still wanted to try this new to me pizza. It was really good! Not too salty, the crust actually looked like the promotional photos, and the cheese sauce/pretzel/pepperoni combo worked for me. I am pleasantly surprised and will make it a point to patronize this location again when I am in the area.

Been here a few times now and I just cannot believe the wait time. One time I came in they were 2 hours behind due to lack of staff and I visibly saw that only 1 person was doing the majority of the work. Another time I came through the drive through and the wait time was significantly longer which is hilarious and disappointing. Their drive through screen menu is also broken and has been. The worker I spoke to was very friendly but seemed clearly overwhelmed and like he was through with the day. The staff is also typically on the louder side and don’t care about swearing while customers are present. The food I received was surprisingly well made and is probably the only reason I even still come here, i really hope management steps up to fix the obvious issues that come with only a select feww people doing all of the work while others sit around but like most cases I doubt it’ll change. They typically don’t have anything hot or ready and the building itself is depressing to be in especially if you look at older photos which broadcast its prime. All in all if you’re willing to wait 2+ hours and don’t mind the smell of weed for a good pizza I’d definitely recommend this place. If not then definitely avoid at all costs and just go somewhere else guys.

Okay Little Caesars Pizza is inexpensive and cheap pizza. Not the best but fine for a kids birthday party.

I ordered some breadsticks and a couple pizza online. I responded to the store about 36 minutes later as it said it would be ready. When I walked in there were five other customers standing there. I only saw two employees. The other employee was walking around and getting boxes etc. I assumed he was the front staff. I started asking around to the rest of the customers some of them were waiting, one had never even ordered yet and another man needed the same thing I did to see if his pizza was ready for pickup.

I had to yell out for help as the employees were not addressing any of the customers in the store. The employee that was partially in the kitchen stated what do you need and I told her that I was just wanting to see if my pizza was ready for pickup. She said yeah you’re in progress. Then the gentleman asked if his pizza was ready to be picked up he gave his name she stayed the same thing to him you’re in progress your names on the board. Another lady who had just came in the store asked of her pizza was ready for pickup the gal said again you’re in process your names on the board. This lady asked the question that I was getting ready to ask but I wanted let the rest of the customers get their answers. She stated what does that mean how long will my pizza be? That’s when the employee said basically I don’t know and it could be an hour. This point it had probably been 45 minutes after I ordered my pizza. There was no way I was going to wait another hour for crappy Little Caesars Pizza. This will be the only time and the last time that I ever go to Little Caesars. I requested my order to be canceled and I ordered from Domino’s. I had my pizza 13 minutes after I left this restaurant.
