Stopped in while driving between two jobs today at 12:30 in Chipley,Fl sadly I must have picked bring your children to work day. I got my usual a beef and cheddar double meat got my table it was okay but they had put way too much cheddar on it so it just kind of fell right apart and slid all over the plate anyhow no big deal it’s just fast food I just needed to grab something fast hadn’t had Arby’s in months it’s usually pretty decent quality for fast food thought I’d swing in this one which I’ve ate at many times and not had much bad to say. So I proceed to eat it piece by piece as it slides all over the place and out of the bun cuz it’s just way over cheese and I keep hearing something but I can’t see it and I’m like is there a TV in here and it’s like this high pitch just most obnoxious sound then it Dawn’s on me that’s a phone speaker so I thought it was one of the guys that was eating in there or something I kind of looked over he had a t-way radio on his side look like you work with the state or something whatever. He leaves I hear the sound again and realize that it’s a very small kid unaccompanied by a parent with a phone rolling around in a booth with the speaker on and very obnoxiously loud . So I’ll cross this off the place as a place to quickly eat with some peace and quiet should have just drove and ate and had the slimy sandwich made by their parent presumably ended up mostly on my shirt and steering wheel . Very unprofessional. All the way around a bad experience. If you must bring your kids to work don’t let them watch reals so loudly the entire restaurant can’t hear themselves think .

The steak nuggets are gross! I absolutely love my local Arby’s they are always great with service and food, but these steak nuggets were yucky. Lol the texture was terrible and stringy, the seasoning was super salty and over all it was a big no for me.

Just awful all around. The tea tastes like an ashtray, which means the container is dirty or the tea is old. Fries sucked terribly just like the service.
I forgot how awful this place was & ended up coming again. Just as bed. They messed up my husbands order then wanted to charge him for the cheddar that they didn’t put on his beef & cheddar. Tea still tastes like an ashtray & the tables were all disgusting while employees hang around between customers ♀️. Fool me twice, shame on me.
And BTW we don’t want your stupid link to “have someone get ahold” of us. We don’t want to jump through hoops for nothing. You have your information, fix it!!!

Check your order before you leave..our fries were wrong. Our tea was wrong and they gave incorrect sauces. We had to repeat our order several times. Sandwiches were great!

Always good food. The place is always clean. Staff, over years, polite. Was disappointed with the Summer ‘22 Prime Rib Philly, but, that’s a corporate issue. The cornbread battered fish is really good, along with all other items.

The last time I went there a friend was going through the drive thru and I tried to preorder online it was 1030pm didn’t know cut off for online prepay had to be done well before 10pm the app decided to schedule my food for 7pm Tuesday when I ordered it Saturday night bah humbug stupid shit huh. And at that time had to rely on friends that had a vehicle because I had been without a vehicle for 3 months.
But I kept them updated with the order number and name I ended getting it on Thursday afternoon and I wanted it Saturday Lol. They were nice a about it and it worked. Just remember order it way before 10p. If you want it that night

Stood there for 10 minutes they all saw me there said be with you in a minute ok they weren’t even busy 1 customer in the store 1 in the drive thru 4 people working the manger came over said are you ording I said yes and started to give her the order she no mama you have to wait I said ok then the other girl said the same thing to me I waited another couple minutes and still they didn’t get to me or my order so I left i think you need better help. And friendly staff .
